750ml corked and caged bottle #131. Poured into a wine glass, the brew appears a muddy brown color with khaki head that fades leaving stringy lace.

This smells like sour cherry, toasty bready grain mixed with sulfur, cheese and deep toasty oak.

This tastes tart and fruity with mild oakiness that dries out the finish. It is somewhat acedic but not overly so...if that makes any sense? A good blend of tart, fruity, malty and oaked.

This is medium to light bodied with modest carbonation. A very interesting brew that I enjoyed more than I anticipated. Would drink again.

Had at EBF.

Hazy reddish orange purple color

Nose funky sour with light balsamic vinegar and acidic funk

Taste similar, wild malt funk and balsamic sour, vinegar, reddish malt, weird bbq sauce like though, little bitterness, weird sour funk.
