Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a semi-golden yellow color with a cap of a little white foamy head that swiftly died off. Lace was messy, sliding. The aroma had some gentle sweet floral to herbal to semi-earthy yet clean with a sly bitter pop of some light pine that played with a little bit of dough. The flavor was semi-sweet floral to bitter with a stiff herbal quality about it. Somewhat of a doughy aftertaste with the floral and bitter and the herbal. Finish was somewhat floral and dry. The palate was about medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt as projected. Overall, pretty decent saison that I could come back to.

Poured from a bottle, yellow with a very thick white fluffy head. Lots of floral aroma, some peppery spices. Taste is good, a little sweet with lemon spice and more green floral tones, over nice earthy farmhouse yeast flavors. Feels smooth and a bit oily-slick feeling, probably a good sign from all the aromatic oils from the flowers. This is a very beautiful beer and nice to sip!

i am huge into flowers in beer, especially when brewers branch out beyond the all too common hibiscus. this is pretty clever beer, and while im not sure it gains much by being so strongly alcoholic, i like the presence of the flowers, which is springy, blooming, complex, bitter, and fresh, all at once. pale and heady beer, foamy and alive, just the way saison should be. there is a decent wheat malt base here too, maybe a little more substantial than it needs to be, especially in terms of the alcohol content, but the extra strength may serve as an extracting agent to pull more from the flowers, who knows?! hard to guess on which flowers are in here, but it ranges from peppery (aided by the saison yeast) to sweet to flavors of honey, bitter root, possible dandelion, possible nasturtium, possible elder flower, but not quite so delicate. love what they do here, bitter where the hops would be, tea-like, and really vibrant without having any of that off putting perfume character. nice carbonation and round body, tons of flavor here, more appropriate for spring than fall i reckon, but a really cool and unique beer. id like to see more breweries use flowers in this way, i think the potential is extremely untapped to this point. this is one of the more inventive beers i have had from these guys, really stoked on it!

Pours slightly hazy, caution light yellow with one inch head. Taste is lemon, big flower petals, and coriander. Slightly sweet, medium bodied with high carbonation. Super floral and interesting. Missing some of the bite I associate with a saison, but very tasty. Pleasant surprise that I would get again.

A very nice Saison.
I completely agree with brureview's rating.
Not a lot to more to say other than a wonderful experience having it/ running across it (by accident) at a local establishment.
Very nice for ones palate on a warm summer night.
