Two Roads is driving a tanker truck down a road less traveled with this Passion Fruit Gose (pronounced GO-sah). This series of unique ales are kettle soured in our very own tanker truck trailer – a former milk tanker like the one on the front label - that's parked right on the grounds of our brewery! Featuring a nose of BIG tropical fruit, the taste is of light wheat and a perfect harmony of tartness and sweet fruit that's mingled with salinity to really bring the flavors to life - this refreshing gose is the perfect accompaniment to any occasion.

Smell: Passion fruit aroma with wheat bread tone underneath

Taste: Lactic passion fruit flavors forward with some wheat tang intermingled with a slight salty tone developing in the finish

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: A nice Gose with a good passion fruit presentation

One of my all time favorites. I tend to pick up this beer when the weather starts warming up.. The intense passionfruit flavor and tartness transport me to summer in the Caribbean (where I lived for a little while) and picking wild growing passionfruit. Nothing about this beer is sweet or artificial. Nice dry finish.

Pale orange in color with a heavy haze. Poured with a tall, soapy, bright white foam with low retention. Light tropical fruit aromas with wheat malt and mellow tart notes. Medium light bodied with assertive, medium high effervescent carbonation. Tart fruity flavors with tropical fruit notes. Pleasant tartness through the middle and dry saltiness that persists to the end. Finished dryly with tart juicy and wheat malt flavors. Refreshing and very easy drinking. A great pool side beverage.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Captain Lawrence, muffin top glass; canned May 22, 2020.
A: Pours a hazy, almost Dayglow golden color, a short-lived, but two finger, white head, brief retention to a rim, and virtually no lacing.
S: Non of the acrid, wet hay, or barnyard aromas common to a Gose when opened. Aromas of passion fruit, honeysuckle (initially) sea salt and maybe a little caramel.
T: Semidry and nicely tart. Flavors definitely passion fruit with a strong salt presence. I could swear I taste wheat grain and this occasionally casts a bit of a grainy aftertaste.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Clean, if salty finish.
O: A really lovely, fruit based Gose. Since Goses (?Gosen) are the replacement fluid of beers, perfect before or after a run.

Poured from a 16 oz can into one of my pokal glasses, this beer pours a cloudy/hazy light to medium golden color with a nice white that's initially about an inch thick when first poured that settles to a nice film layer of surface foam along with a thick ring lining the inside of the glass along with a fairly thick ring lining the inside of the glass. Not too much lacing here though. Aromas of bready malts and wheat and passion fruit sweetness and tartness concurrently. The taste is very similar, with bready malts and a good amount of wheat followed by the passion fruit pretty prominently. Rounded out with tart and salt. A very nice flavor profile overall. Has a crisp, frothy, also smooth, light to medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish, and all of the aforementioned flavors really linger nicely in the aftertaste.

One of the best Goses I've ever had. Exactly as advertised with a delicious passionfruit flavor with a nice salty and tart/sour finish you'd expect from a gose. Smell is sea water saltiness, hint of fruit and some wheat. Taste follows. Can't really ask for much more except a bit more fruit flavor but at 4.8% they packed about as much as they could into this one.
