WE LOVE THE SESSION IPA, and it occurred to us that we currently only offer our 18-WATT IPA currently as a permanent offering in this category. Well, no more! JIWH features all PNW hop varieties (think classic citrus/pine/resin rounded out with a halo of stone fruit) delivered with velvet glove smoothness – soft, creamy, full-bodied and punching much harder than it’s weight class would suggest.

Draft into tulip glass. Nice light amber with 1 finger head, nice retention and light lacing. The aroma and flavor were outstanding with grassy pine and citrus notes. Flavor seemed perfectly balanced. If I could get this in cans, it would be my new favorite session IPA. Perfect for the golf course. Just delicious

Tall siver can...7/11/17 stamped on the bottom
The pour is hazed medium almond amber, light khaki cap, stays at the thick film level, leaves coating low fine sheeting and strands of fine lace.
Sniff is of faintly of fruity hops
More soft fruity notes, drying hops in the finish...pretty basic little IPA here, not overly impressive, but still a fresh tasting and better then decent sessioner

Appearance: The bubble show produces two fingers of foam atop the cloudy amber liquid; excellent retention, with strands of lacing
Smell: Dank and grassy bitter tones, with stone fruit underneath
Taste: The dank bitterness arrives, at the outset, with the stone fruit flavors underneath; hints of the tropics with some pith, too, but their is a grassy bitter aspect that builds, through the middle; dry finish, with some stone fruit lingering
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: A session IPA that brings on more of an East Coast IPA character than most of the others I have tried recently

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Cloudy dark golden pour. 2 fingers of foamy white head. Great lacing.
S: Citrus and fruit. Lots of juicy hops.
T/F: Surprising malt presence... medium in body, and more oomph than expected. The hop profile is nice and bitter.. tending to the tropicals and citrus. Well carbonated. Finish is bitter.
O: A really tasty session IPA that you might actually WANT to drink all day. Would not have expected that low an ABV from the flavor, and as usual Singlecut knows their way around an IPA.
