Look...A pale copper yellow with a murky floatie shit with a full nice off white head
Smell... a floral pineapple and dank hop with the hint of citrus hint of pine resin
Taste...A fruity taste off of the nose and a biting bitter citrus pineapple throughout the profile of the beer. A good level of bitter and fruity displayed in its convergence to denote its good balance. A good level of dryness in the finish
Feel..A good carbonation leaving a fullness yet easily swallowed.
Overall...This beer is welll made and a little on the old side, Some DIPAS seem to age quite gracefully but I believe this beer not to be that type. Love to try this beer with a little less age on it. Still a very sold effort but I believe so far I like the Half Stack better. Love to try the others they have around here but in the CT Singlecut is a shelf turd and that is that. PS....Floaties really piss me off

Can dated 8/4/20 into pint glass. Pours a hazy gold (SRM 3-ish) wit a persistent off-white head. Initial impression is sweet grapefruit, a touch of pine resin, and restrained caramel. Mouthfeel is sodt and sticky. Finish is more citrus, fading to a slight sweetness. Overall, another extremely enjoyable DIPA from Singlecut!

Why did I buy so many Singlecuts? Because I could. They are over priced, but my dealer knows I don't look at the price.
It pours yellow, cloudy, about what you would expect. The whole product is about what you would expect - a middle of the road (well behaved) New England style AIPA. The style works for most brewers and this one is very competent.
Recommended.

Can dated 8/16:
Opaque cloudy ripe banana yellow, near a pineapple juice look. Head is white and lacing is pretty solid. Feel is a little rough, with nice carbonation that seems to bust through the creamy look more than expected. Sweetness up front leads to a medium heft, but the carbonation and semi-dry finish lighten things up.
Nose is oat and light unripe fruit notes - there's a floral aspect to the sweeter notes and a bit of pine wood as the beer warms. In between, the nose seem sort of like tropical fruit skins with even a little bit of a banana note. The taste is unsurprisingly not too fruity - though there's a little sweetness undercut by a bitterness that is reminiscent of fruit skins. Pineapple core, mango skin, strawberry, tangerine peel, and a hint of something like coconut that might be coming from a "smoothing agent" like oats. A modest piney bitterness comes in late, increasing the lighter bitterness of the fruit skins from earlier.
This is a little on the bitter side, especially versus juicy NE IPAs. It appears to have changed after 2017, based on the appearance reviews from that year. It's still not that bitter, overall, especially compared to an average well made WCIPA.

This DIPA pours a straw colored haze with a fine head. Light citrus aromas spill out as it hits the glass. A soft mouthfeel explodes with a grapefruit flavor hits the tongue that fades to a ripe stone fruit finish. The only thing that could improve this beer is a more intense aroma.

A bright straw blonde pull of a tap with copious white head and plenty of glass lacing. Piney and citrusy hops bring their presence to the nose. Richly malted with just about the perfect gravity, this is a hop-head's dream come true. Both piney and citrusy, it's also dry and slightly dank. How'd they do that? A true delight, with an unnoticeable 8+ % ABV.
