On tap here in DC.

How the hell is this a session beer? So juicy, flavorful and a decent amount of bitterness. Drinks like a 7% banger. First beer from Singlecut and I will definitely be seeking more out.

Poured into a snifter. Almost brown in color, very cloudy, a lot of floaties. Clean hop scent, almost lemony notes to it. Light tangy and juicy hop taste, mildly bitter. Mild and creamy feel to it. Very interesting beer.

A - Pours a hazy yellow with a giant, big-bubbled white head that takes awhile to settle.
S - Aroma is grassy and floral.
T - Flavor is citrus, lemon, grassy with medium bitterness on the finish.
M - Above average carbonation, light mouth feel.
O - The appearance, light feel and bubbly head remind me more of a Saison than IPA. Would like to have on tap. Another good one from Singlecut.

Deep yellow in color with an orange hue and murky, unfiltered appearance. Poured with a short, soapy, bright white foam with good retention. Medium high herbal hop aromas with mint and lightly pungent onion-like aromas. Medium light malt aroma beneath. Medium bodied with a light creamy feel and medium carbonation. Pleasant warmth from the middle to the end. Medium high pungent herbal hop flavor up front followed by medium hop bitterness through the middle. Mint hop flavors on the back end. Finished semi-dryly with a lingering minty herbal and minty hop aftertaste. Balance tilts heavily to the hoppy side with both the aroma and flavor. Hop characters are intense but don't deter from the drinkability.

Bottle into a tumbler. Pours a hazy golden yellow with 1+ fingers of white medium density white head that left ringed lacing. Great nose, lots of peach and mango. Taste didn't quite match the pleasure of the nose, but it was close. Attributes followed suit to the nose, but with a bit of citrus. Finish was very clean, slight citrus astringency that lingered minimally. Mouthfeel was very nice, soft but just enough body, and the carbonation was on the higher side. Only my second Singlecut beer, but I really like what they are doing. Only complaint is the packaged format and associated price point.

500 ml bottle

Hazy opaque pale yellow, white head. No lacing. Citrus and grassy hop aroma. Hop dominated but not bitter. Yeast. Soft mouthfeel but coats tongue.

Eh, over priced and not that impressed.

Pours a totally opaque, yellow colored beer with nice fine head and excellent retention. The beer itself has excellent aromas of grapefruit, citrus pith, and slight tropical notes. The tropical fruit detected were not heavy, but definately present, notes of mango and passionfruit, maybe peach as well.
In terms of bitterness, the beer was bitter with a nice bite but kept in check by a frothy and smooth mouthfeel.
A killer, strong IPA with great balance and flavors. I could personally crush these with no issues.

16.9 oz. bottle dated 6/22

Pours cloudy hazy dusty dark gold with a frothy white foam head. Smells like floral tangerine, canned pineapple, grapefruit, melon, some raw dough, bready honey caramel malts, with dank herby earthy grass and pine. Tastes like sweet tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, melon, bready biscuity doughy honey caramel malts, with spicy dank pine and herbal earthy grass. Feels medium-light bodied, thick and creamy with moderate low carbonation. Overall a really nice IPA, and for 5% this is drinking hefty. Really good!

16.9oz bottle into libbey tulip
bottled on 6/10 so almost 2 months old
L- pours a hazy beeswax color with thin bubbly head which quickly turns into ring of lacing
S- grapefruit, mango, tropical fruit
T- sweet creamy, tropical fruit, with this awesome grapefruit kick of a finish
F- light-medium bodied, creamy feel. hop bite on the finish
O- what really like about this 5% Abv IPA is that the flavors mesh together beautifully making for a real balanced great tasting brew.

Not just a solid session IPA- a delicious IPA period. Citrus rind, orange juice, and pine. Very refreshing; crisp without being dry. Would readily drink again.

Poured from a 21oz bottle into a speiglau IPA glass.

Look is extremely hazy yellow with an inch can thick yellow head.

Aroma is a sweet tangerine/ grapefruit slight bitter pith peel note at the end.

Body is a little thin, and hop note is not as strong aroma. Nice herbal hop note at the end.

Comes off as a lot more as a sessionable IPA than anything else. Good for the style though.

This beer pours a murky golden orange bordering on brown color with a dense 2 finger off white head. Retention is great and there are chunky rings of lacing. Smell is dank pine, grapefruit, tangerine and peach. Taste is the same. An excellent mix of flavors where nothing is too dominant, but everything is there. Feel is light and prickly. Not watery at all, but a little thin. Overall a very solid beer. One of the better sessions I've had.

poured into a snifter nice hazy orange. thin head with minimal retention. nose is big over ripe fruit with some flash of floral in there. very strong for a 5 percent ale. body is a little thin but coats the palate very well. up front bitterness followed by waves of tangerine and apricot with peach. I get a little mid to end palate sweetnes that makes the fruit flavors almost sticky. nice dry finish leaves me licking my lips for more. this may be the best session beer ive had. full flavor throughout the drink with good body makes this one complex session. very well done with tons of flavor and complexity to please any ipa lover. this beer can hang with any other ipa in my opinion. get it if you can

Had at the brewery on 6/25 into a snifter glass, poured a super cloudy tannish color with a white head that left some lacing. Looks like gravy.

Smell is a quick blast of really potent hops, not a ton of malt. Flavor wise is pretty similar, chewy bread malt note, some sweetness, then a quick wave of bitter, earthy, grapefruit hops. Taste doesn't linger too long, very light in the stomach and soft mouthfeel. Slightly under carbonated.

Overall a beer that I would call a Pale Ale over an IPA, but pretty tasty nonetheless.

16.9 oz bottle poured into a Sam Adams Perfect Pint glass.

Appearance
Super cloudy yellow/blonde with 1 finger of loose white head.

Nose
Pineapple, mango, papaya, dank, pine sap, honey, candied orange, and lemon.

Taste
Tropical juice bomb! Mango juice, papaya, and pineapple. Candied orange and lemon. Dank and drippy pine sap. Thin honey and biscuit maltiness.

Mouthfeel
Medium-light bodied, juicy, and smooth with hardly any bitterness.

Overall
Mouthwatering and thirst crushing. Hands down the best Session IPA that I've ever had.

On tap.

A - Pours an opaque tan gold color that looks like dirty river water. Who am I to say, cloudy, opaque beers are all the rage these days thanks to Tree House. Minimal lacing.

S - Alot of juicy tropical fruit pectin and fruit rind. Tangerine, mango, tangerine. All fruit in the nose.

T - Follows the nose. This beer is full blown hops from start to finish. Spicy fruit rind, mango, orange, and ends with a piney, bitter finish that lingers.

M - Medium body with lots of nice pricklies.

O - Not a very attractive looking beer but the nose and taste makes up for everything and after all, that's most important. Singlecut has managed to pack a whole lot of hop flavor into a low ABV beer. Nicely done!!!

Orange yellow color, very hazy, and pours a one finger head. Aroma is juicy yet pungent hops. Taste is big on the juicy citrus especially orange/tangerine with a little bit of pungent acidity. Very soft feel, medium bodied, and very easy to drink. Overall, a great session ipa/apa with great hop flavor, a solid body at 5%, and a great feel. Highly recommend this one.

pours a very hazy yellow, head sticks around and laces. smell is slightly bready, very citrusy and tropical, maybe some pine on the nose as well. taste is orange, dry citrus, big tropical fruits, with that big pine kick at the end that really makes this one stand out. very little malt on the tongue and a good velvety mouthfeel. awesome session IPA, grabbing a growler of it definitely.

This stuff is fantastic. As good as a session as I have had. Great smell, juicy, but nice dry finish. Doesn't suffer from that watery or fleeting taste that many sessions suffer from. Singlecut killing it!

Cloudy white to gold color. Minor had but good streaky lace.

Fresh cut weeds are the first impression from the initial whiff. I also get some grapefruit.

More mellow than I expect although the hop comes through pleasantly in the swallow. Very much an American IPA tastewise. But I would still describe this as well balanced. Starts with pale malt flavor. The aftertaste is lingering, but subtle, bitterness. I want to call this a clever beer but I think that is a bit too pretentious. It's good and worth seeking out.

Look: Yellowish-orange in color; very cloudy - almost completely opaque. Pours with a huge 3 finger, thick cloud-like, bright white head that dies down leaving a very thick even layer of foam on the surface of the beer and lots of sticky lacing on the sides of the glass. Lots of bubbles visible from the carbonation. Perfect.

Smell: Bright citrus aroma (oranges, grapefruit); fresh grass; mild pine. Inviting.

Taste: Mild pine and grainy start; progresses on to a lively tart citrus (lemons, grapefruit) flavor.

Feel: Medium body. Starts with a noticeable fizzy sensation from the carbonation, progresses to a velvety feeling and ends with a mild dry finish.

Overall: Lively, refreshing, flavorful IPA. One of the best. Somewhat on the tart-side in terms of flavor. Very slight dry finish.

A hazy, aromatic 5% IPA from Singlecut, killing it like always. It's practically a session beer, hooray for those people who think that designation is important.

Pungent hop aromas couple with a much more robust mouthfeel than what you typically would find in a lower alcohol IPA. Singlecut is doing a great job of carrying the flag for east coast and particularly New England style IPA.

Citrus in the nose includes nectarine and peach. Really nice thirst quenching bitterness in the finish, this was a beer that I could stick with all night. Malts are very light, might be a little wheat in the mash. Tasty crushable IPA. I'd love to be able to buy sixers of this.

This is a wonderful beer. The body is a murky gold and the head is thick and creamy, which leaves a generous lacing. The smell is incredible and features big citrus aromas that are complimented by tropical notes. Taste follows the smell. A very juicy beer that has hints of orange, grapefruit and mango. The feel is very soft and drinkable. The body is so full that it's a total surprise the beer is only 5%. The finish is a little earthy as raw. Overall an excellent beer and one that I will keep coming back for.

Tap at tavern in the square Northborough.

nice fluffy creamy 1 finger head fades slowly, hazy golden orange color.

Nose floral grassy fruity hops, tropical, little earthy hint of pine, zest orange peel, then herbal like chewy hop, mild grainy doughy malt.

Taste is earthy spicy hop, cherry and a little herbal, mild doughy grainy malt with faint yeast profile, and seems like a creamy wheat, hops are a bit fruity touch of citrus orange peel. Finish fairly bitter, herbal spicy hops lingering, fairly dry, creamy wheat touch, mostly bitter spicy chewy hops.

Mouth is med bod, little creamy, decent carb.
