This bistro/brewery is located in an historic hotel in downtown Easton. It's on the main street - just to the west of the center of town. The venue includes indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, the space has a Victorian vibe although the bar itself has an Art Deco feel. When we visited there were numerous families with small children enjoying an early dinner. It was busy but not overly boisterous. The staff is friendly. I was very impressed by the quality of the beer. I had a DIPA, which was fine, and an Imperial Stout, which was superb. I bought a crowler of the Baltic Porter. The food is very good, as well. Overall, the atmosphere is more of a restaurant than a microbrewery but that shouldn't dissuade a beer nerd from visiting. They also have a tasting room outside of Bethlehem.

Visited on June 25, 2022, with a friend while the wives were shopping. We were immediately greeted by an employee and welcomed in. She showed us to the bar since we were just there for drinks, no wait! This was nicely finished inside a rustic, authentic pub feel. There was a good selection of their beers on tap. I started with a flight of 4 beers, to sample their selection. The environment is casual with various seating options inside as well as outside. Inside there was a bar with taps, and a various seating areas. There were a few table to sit outside, but we only visited the inside. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We did not try any food, so cannot comment on that.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon, and I was surprised at how many people were there at that time. As first time visitors, we were welcomed and multiple staff talked to us as if we were friends.

This is a good pub to visit. Nice vibe, good service, and they have great beer. I live 1/2 hour away, but will visit again.

I stopped here on a Friday afternoon on way home to SE PA from working in NJ. The building is historic reflecting downtown Easton and has the same historical character on the inside. Nice relaxed feel as I drank a flight of lighter offerings. I like everything I tried and would recommend this brewery to anyone.

I must have been there on a very slow night, the place was empty. Ordered a flight of their Fall beers (including their Oktoberfest style) and although they were good, nothing really stood out for me. I did, however, order a pint of their Bankers Brown, which was the best of the flight.

Ordered the peanut butter burger and duck fat fries and both were very good however, I thought they were a bit overpriced. Will probably give it another shot, though.

My old "Bro", Artied2, had recommended this place to me in the past. I finally got around to stopping by, on 31MAY18, en-route to the Reading WWII Weekend...

It's housed on the ground floor of an old brick building with an ornate balcony and fire escape hanging from the front. The main entrance is around to the side, where a few small tables & chairs are parked outside. Upon entering you'll step down to your left to the main dining room running long towards the front. Here are a large number of wooden tables seating 4, 6 or 8 diners. To the right along the back wall is a long, dark-wood bar with brass beer towers and an ornate bar-back with loads of liquor bottles. The place in general has lots of dark wood, and a cool, old tin-type ceiling. Has a very old, speak-easy type of vibe, and it was very comfy.

On tap were 12 of their own beers and 2 guests. In-house offerings ran from a Belgian blonde to a German maibock, a DIPA to an Irish stout; something for all palates. I had the maibock, which was spot-on. The gal behind the bar offered solid service with a smile and helpful tips and small tastings. Would not hesitate to return... Prosit!!

Really nice place, live band on Sunday afternoon then good music after. On the corner of two streets right down the street from Crayola, so nice location. Plenty of windows, good lighting, nice decor, art, etc

14 taps of their own beers, a nice mix of styles from lagers, hefe, fruited sours, a few darks, plenty of hop forward, etc. Very good quality, and good stylistic.

Bartender was friendly, helpful, attentive, and fairly knowledgeable. Nice staff all around.

Food was great, I got the pork belly over easy egg sandwich and it was awesome, with good home fries.

Very impressed with this place

Ate lunch and had a flight of beers here . It's a nice old corner building with storefronts to the two streets, beautiful old bar. Dining tables around the perimeter of the bar. They had 4 year round beers and 8 seasonal beers on tap, plus a hard cider and mead on tap and a couple of barrel aged beers in large bottles. So good selection. the beers I tried ranged from average to good. Service was good, and the burgers we had were very good.

Easy to find spot that I visited after a Crayola visit with my daughter. The brewpub is on a corner in downtown Easton. There is some outside seating available, but we go inside where there are several table and chair setups and a decent rectangular bar of about 15 seats.
There are quite a few people having lunch here during a Friday afternoon. Server was attentive and helpful with questions, although he didnt seem to have found the answer for me about the brewery size.
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich,my daughter had a simple hotdog and apples which she enjoyed. My mother had a BLT and fries. All the food was well made and solid pub grub. I ordered a flight of samplers for my beers. I went with a DIPA, stout, kolsch, brown ale, and a Belgian Ale. The DIPA was the cloudy and aromatic version, all the other beers were standard style and well made. I would have tried a beer in the full sample, but I had a 3 hour drive ahead of u upon departure. I would recommend the stop if you are in Easton area and hit Crayola with the family. The brew pub is an easy couple block walk up the street.

The new brewery in town. The wife and I visited after Weyerbacher, Crayola and cruising around downtown Easton. The jawn looks alright, nothing too exciting.

On tap, 10 beers plus 1 stout nitro. I tried a bunch: Hefe, Northampton English IPA, Destroyer Pale Ale, Free Bridge Tripel, Colonel Left Eye IPA, Belgian single... beers are shitty.

Northampton was watery, bland, no hops. Destroyer Pale Ale was the best one, citrusy, juicy, refreshing. The Triple tasted like Hefe tasted like Abbey Single. Colonel IPA, decent.

Food menu is mostly sandwiches; I had a tasty-but-pricey $12 veggie burger. Huge bourbon list (Hooker’s Island Rye was nice). Ten-dollar flights of five beers is a good move.

Ok service, lots of babies and families, bad beer... what can I say? Not impressed at all.

Gone in for lunch several times. It is quite and relaxed. Food is good. You can have a beer and lunch for around $20.00. The bartenders area always cordial and attentive. It is a good place to include on your tour of historical building while in Easton.

Great place. It's in an old building with tin roofs, vintage lighting and whatnot. Clientele seemed mostly like locals -- somewhat older crowd with a lot of 50 somethings -- when I showed slightly before 5pm on a Saturday.

Great menu with salads, sandwiches, entrees. I had a spinach and roasted asparagus salad with hanger steak that was great; the wife got a huge blackened chicken sandwich; and my daughter had fried mac and cheese balls. We were all very happy with the food and left full. Friendly and attentive servers, too.

The beer wasn't world class, but was all decent, and showed a ton of potential. I especially liked how they had sours, bocks and pils on the menu, and I think there might have just been one IPA. Seemed to me like they were swinging for the fences and not really playing to middle America or the beer geek trends.

A real nicely appointed space, with friendly service. A bit slow. Beer is varied. Some quite solid options. Food was largely solid, with generous portions. I had the meat board and I'd definitely recommend that.

It's a pretty nice looking place inside and out. The service is usually pretty good. The selection is good but it's not anything that'll blow your mind (yet). The food here is really the best part of the experience here. The Peanut Butter Bacon Burger is impressive along with many other things.

No brewery yet. So that means no tasty crafted beverages yet. [insert sadface]. Good craft draft selection and food is tasty. Great ambience due to it being an old hotel lobby. They still have the old front desk and switchboard.

Lots of good (and sometimes eclectic) brews on tap, with different breweries sponsoring tastings and (I think) an occasional tap-takeover.

The food is excellent! I've been there frequently and never had a bad meal and friends who've joined me have found it remarkable as well.

The space (upstairs and downstairs) has been restored really well to its early 20th century origins. Terrific atmosphere.

Live music several nights a week.

This place became a favorite for my wife and I. The selection of beers on tap is ever changing, the staff was very knowledgeable about the beers that were very eager and spot on with their recommendations. The atmosphere was awesome, the location of this establishment has awesome windows where you can do some people watching.

The food was awesome. Overall the place is an enjoyable time that we plan on going to again and again!

So apparently this is not quite yet a brewpub as there is still some construction going on. I was told they would be ready in August, but I have no idea if that's accurate.

The place looks nice with an accent of old world decor, circa Art Deco era.

Service was fine. I am damn certain I saw the owner upon walking in. How could I tell? The super unique facial hair, of course. Plus he was all smiles and very happy to see me.

Only one beer on-tap from these guys. Sort of. It was a collaboration beer between Free Will and them. A Belgian witbier with cherries. To fill out the other lines, they had numerous other tasties on. Pretty much any of which would be worth drinking. My score reflects their choices of craft beer selections and not the beer they make. Please note that.

I'd visit here again, but only if they were brewing at that point.
