This beer is pretty good. Nothing mind blowing about it, but good none the less.

Look - clear syrupy with no real head or skimming
Smell - hard to give a 1 but I can't smell anything, odd
Taste - toasty Malts, caramel
Feel - fairly light body and medium carbonation
Overall - taste like a shiner Bock

Pours a soft, frothy, tan head. Soft aroma of biscuit and toasted malt. Starts with a nice, toasted malt and biscuit and a touch of floral hops. Finish is soft biscuit with a touch of toasted malt.

A pretty solid dunkel. Nothing mind blowing, a touch hoppier than I prefer, but solid nonetheless.

This beer pours brown, with minimal head. There is little nose to the beer. The taste has an interesting sweetness to it. It is hard to describe. It's not a traditional Dunkel, but still tasty.

Revisited this one after a long absence. 12-ounce bottle, poured into a weizen glass. Hazy, dark caramel-sauce color, with a voluminous, thick, light tan long-lasting head that left very pretty rings of lacing as it settled. Big aromas and flavors of caramel and dark bread, with a light grassy herbal note. Lots of pleasant bitterness on the palate, with a tinge of tartness on the back of the tongue. Mouthfeel is substantial. Finish is dry and crisp, with a touch of lingering bitterness. Very well done, and would seem to be a fine representative of the style.

beautiful brown color, bready flavor, and very very drinkable. A very solid well rounded beer, I enjoy this one a lot. The finish is both nutty, with a slight hops influence, very nice

Had from a 12 oz bottle that gushed when open. The beer had a slight sour taste that implies that the bottle was infected. Will keep under150
