On tap at the brewpub, a porter with real peanut butter added.

Dark brown with some lighter brown hues, beige head with a ring of retention. Served with almost no head, no real lacing either. Nose of peanut oil, chocolate, definite peanut butter character, light roast character and some dark fruits. Taste has more peanuts and peanut butter at the forefront, dark fruit and chocolate malt and some roast into the finish. Medium body, medium low carbonation. Hits some really tasty flavours (perhaps because I'm a huge peanut butter lover), is unique and is something I'd certainly go back for.

Served on tap. Dark brown ale with a thin head of off white foam. Aroma and flavors on this thing are amazing. Aromas of candied peanuts, caramel, some malty sweetness. Really does capture the smell of a freshly opened box peanuts and cracker jack. Flavors follow, with the brown ale base swirling with caramel notes and peanut butter flavor. Excellent ale, and instantly a favorite.
