Appearance: Arrives with a slightly hazy honey color capped by an inch or so of foam; some lacing lingers
Smell: Sweet and sour tones from the tamarind that are buttressed by earthy/woodsy and citrusy elements
Taste: Both sweet and sour tone appear along with the herbal, earthy and citrusy tones; a touch of wood and tamarind in the finish reinforces both the sweet and sour aspects
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A different sort of Saison, to be sure, but I enjoyed the impact from the tamarind

Hmm, where's the tamarind in this? Love tamarind, so when I saw this it was my first order of the night, but it left a lot to be desired.
Poured a light straw color with just a bit of a foam cap. Smells of saison yeast, the hay like freshness with a bit of citrus and bitterness.
The taste is great, as long as you aren't expecting tamarind. A fairly well done saison (though not dry enough), but there was simply no tamarind presence.
Mouthfeel was also a bit flat, could have used significantly more carbonation.
Eh, ok for a saison, but don't look for the tamarind, you won't find it.
