@ Wicked Weed

Foggy golden color with a fluffy head of thick Belgian foam dropping to a decent surface film and stringly lacing. Smooth, mild hop aromas of the floral and citrus variety along with gentle farmhouse yeast. Continued floral and citrus notes in the flavor, but this doesn't come across as overly-hoppy by any means. Very soft, noticeable dry-hopping, slight pale malt, some spiciness. Medium bodied and slightly drying with a bit of creaminess. Comes across as an easy-going, well-rounded Belgian with a hoppy tilt. These guys seem to do a great job controlling any phenolics from the yeast that so many other American brewers tend to struggle with.
