Cask pour at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a dark, amber coloring, with a halo of fluffy, big bubbled, white head. Nose of toffee and roasted caramel forward, with subtle bitter hops notes. Flavors are caramel smooth, with a roasted sugar and toffee backbone, and trace notes of bittering hops. Super smooth and light in mouth, with a tangy sweet, candy aftertaste. Smooth, roasted linger in the finish. Perfect beer for a cask!
