Bootle at share courtesy of Steve. Golden pour with a small white head. Fruity aroma with a hint at the tartness. Taste comes in sweet with a lingering pucker. White grapes and a bit dry.

Golden orange body with a thin white cap. Huge sour apricot aromas fill the glass, but the defining cut into them is what take this to another level: red wine and very complex oak, it just accentuates the apricot more, and together rain down aromas of peach, fresh cut flowers, and lemon zest. Taste is more monotone: apricot and oak with a hint of lacto, red wine, and peach. Feel is sour, slightly acidic cumulatively, yet has that certain oak juiciness that WW uses in sour many of their beers. Liquid sour sunshine

18 February 2020 - Beer #31
Price: $20.99 at Hop City in Atlanta, GA
Appearance: 5 - a beautiful, bright orange with a thin white head. Teensy bubbles.
Nose: 5 - holy moly cow! Intense sourness and stonefruit. It's making me scrunch my face up.
Taste: 4 - nearly perfect. A bit TOO dry, actually, with some subtle bitterness. Winey.
Mouth: 5 - fantastic. Even a tiny sip fills my mouth with thick bubbles.
Overall: 5 - an excellent sour from the sour masters. Wha? They're owned by Bud?
Cheers!

This one pours a mostly clear light yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells heavily of sour juicy apricot, with both white and red wine flavors, and lemon zest.
There's a lot of wine barrel and a big acidity here, but the apricot comes through pretty nicely. It's got an intriguing sour juiciness on the back end, with a touch of toasted oak as well.
This is light bodied, and very wine like, with a slightly lingering acidity at the end of each sip.
It's nice to see that Wicked Weed is still producing high level sours, even after selling out to AB-InBev. This was a fun little apricot sour.
