12oz can from a sixer that was $14.99 and dated 03/23/17. Light yellow-orange, decent head. Aroma has some lemony aspects, Flavor has aspects of citrus, grass, berries but it is not what I would call "dank". I would call it overpriced though.

Poured a slightly orange-tinted golden body with great head and lace down glass. The aroma is grassy, floral, and has some dank sniffs but not overtly so. Dry, medium body, definitely not dirty and in fact has an easy going smoothness thank to a slick oiliness. Moderate grapefruit sweetness on backend adds balance to the earthy hops and makes beer easy to drink.

12oz can poured into a snifter.
A: Sunny golden color with a slight chill haze. Two fingers of creamy white head retains magnificently. Lacing clings in sticky patches.
S: Dank, as the name implies. Lots of fruity cannabis up front. Fruity Pebbles. White grapefruit and passion fruit. Apricot and candied orange peel.
T: Cantaloupe and honeydew melon underneath a big romp of dank piney and earthy hop flavors. Resinous. Hints of tangy passion fruit. Grapefruit and orange too. Bitterness clamps down rather tightly. Hemp seeds. Honeydew melon lingers on the palate as the bitterness slowly recedes into the finish.
M: Medium bodied with a fluffy and creamy texture. Carbonation is firm but gentle and prickles easily at the top of the tongue.
O: Dank it is. Very much in the west coast vein of things. Bold, resinous, and bitter flavors lead, but there are some nice tropical nuances to it as well. A very solidly construncted IPA.

Not overly dank, but decent. A little more malt than I prefer in my IPAs, which has been my experience with wicked weed IPAs in general. Clean finish, but lingering bitterness (not a bad thing). Sort of reminds me of a slightly lighter version of Modus Hoperandi (modus is better IMO). Not worth the $15 I spent on a six pack here in Colorado, but still glad I tried it.

From the bottom of the can, right along the rim: "CANNED ON: 04/10/18 14:29:52 164"
Appearance: The beer is mostly transparent with a slight haze. It has a light brownish-orange tea color. The head is large and white with a fluffy stature.
Aroma: The beer has an odd mixture of scents that combine a slightly skunky aroma with that of a lemon and day-old cut weeds. It's fairly interesting but not too enticing.
Taste: The beer has a nice lime flavor to it. Over time it develops a bit of resinous pine. There is a light bit of buttered caramel which is off-putting, and it really persists throughout the drinking experience.
Mouthfeel: Aside from this light buttery character in the flavor the beer drinks with a clean bitterness.
Overall: It feels like a hodge-podge of a beer, as if it were made with leftover ingredients. While it has a decent bitterness with a pretty good accompaniment of lime and pine, this buttered caramel flavor just pops up and throws the beer off the tracks. It straddles the lower edge of average and I don't see a situation, in a market saturated by IPAs, that I would recommend it or buy it again.

A twelve ounce can dated 04/18/17 poured in a 12oz. tulip.
Look- Pours a lively clear copper color leaving two plus fingers of creamy white foam. It settles very slowly revealing heavy lacing and considerable carbonation bubbles.
Smell- Grapefruit, pine, malt and some yeast.
Taste- Grapefruit and considerable floral notes up front, with a hint of orange zest appearing next. A touch of chewy malt sweetness in the finish.
Feel- Very slick and creamy to start with a slightly bitter and dry finish.
Overall- A pleasantly creamy and easy drinking IPA that leans heavy on the floral side. While it's nothing spectacular in today's IPA circus, it's still a very good brewed to style beer that's worth checking out.
