Poured from a 16oz can from recent release. Pours thin with minimal head. Deep brown color. Nose is sweet a little marshmallow sugar. Meh... Really thin for an imperial stout, slight marshmallow, slight cocoa. Disappointed. As it warms it improves slightly. It's not bad but compared to a few other excellent dessert beers it's pretty weak. It clocks in over 9% but drinks like a brown ale. If you're in search of this type of beer, I recommend Angry chair stouts, both gccs and tirimisu kill this beer, they are thicker and lower abv as well. If you're looking for graham cracker notes burnt hickory a graham cracker stout nails that.

Not a bad beer, just doesn't stack up to the expectations from a good brewery and flavor expectation.

Shared 16 oz can (thanks Karith) at the Aiken Bluegrass Festival.

Very full bodied with light carbonation.

Very sweet aroma with a good rendition of marshmallows.

Cocoa nibs appear upon tasting, and linger on with coffee and black bread after the finish. Loaded with vanilla and some booze.

Overall: A powerful, impressive ale.

16 oz. can. Black body with a little transparency. Smells of marshmallow and milk chocolate. Tastes really sweet. Marshmallow permeates throughout. Milk chocolate. Light graham cracker spice in the back end. Medium body. Kinda thin, but I don't think I'd want it to be any sweeter. Lots of adjuncts and equal sugars.

This is brewed with chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers, so it tastes like a S'more. What's interesting is that you really taste the char. The marshmallows taste like they are burnt on the outside but still creamy and sweet in the middle. Flavors are delicious but not as pronounced as I'd like, especially at nearly 10%.

Growler from the brewery. Look is pitch black. Mild amount of chocolatey head. Smell is pure marshmallow. Glorious. Reminds me of Garage Marshmallow stout. Taste is chocolate, marshmallow, malts. Delicious. Feel is medium bodied. Overall, this is a great beer. Fun to drink on a cool night. Enjoyed it

The nose on this is spot on. Chocolate marshmallow graham crackers all over. Taste is also surprising similar. This is well done. Wish it was fuller but overall a great job!

Poured into a Dogfish traditional oversized snifter.

A- Pours a 99% opaque black color with a 1/2 inch tan head that retains well before becoming a thin ring around the edge of the glass and a full sheet of sheer surface foam. Semi-resilient lacing leaves a broken ring behind.

S- On the higher end of the roasty spectrum with some milk chocolate and vanilla sweetness.

T- Lots of marshmallowy vanilla sweetness with some chocolate and a nice backing of roasty malt to balance things out. Not getting much graham cracker but that's excusable since this is mighty tasty.

M- Somewhat creamy with medium carbonation and a full body.

O- Not quite as good as Dinosmores but they sure hit the mark they were aiming for. Worth the $15/4pk price tag.
