Not at all a super hazy “NEIPA”, so I scored it mediocre on look and feel. Taste is more on the WC IPA side which is right up my alley, I generally never liked the hazy beers as much as a some, so I scored it much higher. People who are really into the style may find this one a bit disappointing, but for me with easy access and fairly reasonable price point (thanks AB) and being close to a WCIPA, I can see a 6 pack of this being a grocery store purchase for me every now and then.

Hazy golden pour with moderate head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is citrus with a hint of dankness. Taste is citrus and orange with a touch of hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is slightly creamy with some body and a good bit of carbonation. Overall, a solid IPA.

Poured into grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, hazy but not dense/murky, head is offwhite and presents less than one finger and dissipates to thin top and thicker ring, lacing on glass sides.

Smell is tropical, pineapple, dank, onion.

Taste is tropical, pineapple, dank, onion, some oat/wheat/bread.

Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness, a bit sharper than most NEIPAs.

Overall a solid NEIPA but think i like Wicked Weeds non-hazy options better.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a shaped IPA glass

The beer pours a hazy golden/straw color with a big white head that slowly recedes leaving behind a nice cap that lasts the duration of the session. No real lacing to speak of.

The aroma is a huge candy sweet citrus blast, slightly dank undertones.

The flavor is similar to the nose, though not as candy sweet. Big blasts of orange with hints of Simcoe dankness. Medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Slightly slick on the tongue

Overall, I found the beer to be quite pleasant. This is not a style that I typically drink a lot of, but this one seems to be on the lighter side of the style, and not quite as hazy as many others.
