Thanks to JLindros for sharing.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy amber hue with a think white head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of light funky brett, good wine barrel notes, little oak, light caramel, faint malts.
T - Taste is loads of funky brett, caramel malts, fair amount of yeast, woody tannins, light wine. There was some little mineral notes as well. Beer is surprisingly malty.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated maybe a bit thick and syrupy.
O - Overall this was a rather interesting saison. The wine is nice and fruity. There are loads of caramel notes though that I wasn't a fan of.

To be completely honest, I only picked this one up because of the funny name and the fact I was looking to split a bomber with a friend. Bog Iron is a super local brewery that I’ve yet to go to but did enjoy their Braggot. Let’s see what this one is all about. Also I fought to open the stupid plastic cork for 20 minutes
Pours an opaque orange gold with 2 fingers of off white head that fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
There’s a nice earthy funk in the nose on this one. I’m picking up on aromas of lemon juice, minerally white wine, bready malt, aged hops, light oak, and a touch of apple skin
In taste it’s unfortunately more earthy than funky which is not what I prefer in the style but it’s not bad. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting earthy wheat, honey, lemon zest, bready malt, clove, and white grape. The swallow brings notes of clove, white pepper, overripe banana, earthy wheat, and lemon zest
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a sharp and zesty beer. Finishes totally dry with a respectable amount of tartness
Honestly the superb feel is what’s carrying this one the most. It’s not my favorite Saison but it’s not necessarily bad

Poured from a 16oz caged & corked bottle into a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a deep gold color with a medium foamy white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains brettanomyces, grapes, Belgian yeast, light caramelized malts, barrel aging essence and a faint touch of hops.
T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of caramel and bananas that are quickly followed by some tartness from white wine grapes, Belgian yeast funk and brettanomyces. Then some breadiness comes in from wheat and a hearty but not too heavy malt character. The hops presence is very mild but complementary and as the tartness mellows there is a very good balance.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty and complex, goes down very easily, not too filling, good kick, good representation of style, this is a solid barrel-aged Saison to drink for a while.

Light fizzy head, little lacing, hazy bright golden orange color
Nose tons of buttery oak and chardonnay, mild funky Brett, tart Brett with mild acidity, mild citrus little orange lemony thing, a lot of buttery oak and white wine chardonnay, faint phenols and saison spices.
Taste little sweet malt, saison malt but caramelized, mild phenol spices, little peppery, fruity esters, big pear apple like, wheat, bread dough, little yeasty, big white wine chardonnay, big buttery oak again, mild Brett funk little farmhouse funk and tart lemony, grassy, sweet fruity wine.
Mouth is med bod, lighter carb, little flemmy
Overall good, but could improve a bit, great wine barrel.
