Pours a clear pale yellow with a nice head. The lacing is average and is not well retained. Nose of Belgian yeast over a light honey sweetness with a touch of citrus. Almost medium bodied with a strong level of carbonation that imparts a nice effervescence on the finish. The flavor profile is that of a classic wheat ale, but is quite muted. Light citrus over light honey with just a barely noticeable touch of spice. Nice crisp finish that finishes clean.

Pours a golden, ever so slightly amberish color with a 2 finger white head that hangs around for a bit leaving little lacing in a 16oz pub glass.

Smell is not impressive with a little bit of a malty smell and maybe a little bit of honey.

Taste is of the malts and honey, but not very impressive. Was looking for much more flavor.

Mouthfeel is creamy, velvety with not much to it.

Overall, I would drink this if it was all I had but I will probably go for the traditional bluemoon before I bought this again.

Its a great beer for an ale beverage, not the best, but pretty decent wheat beer and excellent for a Belgian beer

Head is excellent for the most part when you pour it into a glass cup as I did to give it a full observation(Although it disappears fast even with proper drinking methods). The carbonation is beautiful and full of bubbles, but not so much carbonation that it would be impossible to drink. The texture is pleasant.

I would now have to describe the taste in such a way as to be accurate. The taste is like Welsh Rarebit in a bottle. Its excellent. The aftertaste sticks with you for a while and its probably among the better in bottle beers when it comes to the cheaper beer.

The smell of the beer is attractive. The moment your nose smells it, you will want to drink it up. If I had any beer that I would have liked to be introduced to when I started drinking, it would be this one. Although that wasn't the case( I was introduced to many other imported beers) .. but this beer is very attractive.

Sampled earlier this evening on 4/21/14. Bottle chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured in to a tulip glass.

Pours a hazy orange-honey in color with a small white head that settles to a thin layer on top. Lots of streaming bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. Some spotty lacing is seen with each sip. The aroma is of honey and wheat. The taste is about the same with touch of orange zest coming through as well. Actually a great taste and goes down each. No bitter or harsh aftertaste. A great Spring & Summer brew that is from their "Seasonal Collection". A new brew from Blue Moon I believe.
