Appearance - Clear with a hint of yellow color. The head pours immediately to a height of a quarter inch and then just as quickly is gone leaving no remnant.

Smell - The scent is faint and consists of barley.

Taste - The flavor is that of very weak barley. No complexity of flavor and no hop taste.

Mouthfeel - The feel is watery and offers nothing to the flavor. There is really no specific location in my mouth where I actually enjoy the feel of the brew.

~ The only good thing I can really say about this beer is that I'm almost finished with it.

if your judging this beer against the light lager style it is not awful. it is the classic example. is it a delicious beer? no.

Had some at the local stampede over the weekend. Very pale in color( like your pee after about 4 beers) with a very-white, weak head to receded very quickly.

Not much in the way of aroma, some very, very faint malt and hop...bottled water almost has more of a smell than this.

Taste is, believe it or not, light. Light in flavor, light in body. Again if you look for it there is a touch of grainy malt and a sprinkle of hop. but much of it is lost in the very crisp carbonation.

Light, thin mouthfeel.

Bottled water was $2 a bottle, this was $3 a can...if it's hot and there's a party atmosphere I'm going for a beer, even one as bland as tasteless as this one.

Oh boy, the cold-activated can!? Had to put this one in the freezer for a few minutes in order to make the rockies blue (and the beer palatable).

Flavor is... well, it doesn't taste like a whole lot. Extremely watery with corny and husky flavors. Would probably be a good match for eating plain tortilla chips, sans salsa, sans everything. Overall, it's not worth it. Give me PBR or 'Gansett any day over Coors Light.

This beer has its place though. It belongs in sticky, dingy frat-house basements, coolers at the beach, and everywhere else craft beer isn't and likely won't be appreciated.

A: Extremely light yellow; pale and supper bubbly; a fairly decent foamy head with okay lacing

S: Lots of tart grains--mostly just stale grains but some faint citrus; not horrible but quite one-dimensional and a touch soapy

T: Light and grainy with not a ton of flavor--that's the goal I guess; nothing too offensive but nothing much more than water and musty, generic grains

F: A bit thin and over-carbonated but I've had worse feeling beer

O: It is what it is: nothing too offensive but just rather blah

This beer isn't that bad for a light American-style lager. It has a pleasant color with virtually no aroma to speak of. It does have some light bitterness, very light, but it drinks very easily. The mouthfeel was actually better than many other light beers, and it doesn't seem to have the annoying aftertaste of many macros. It is a good refreshing beer to drink when you're dripping with sweat after cutting the lawn, and a couple of my neighbors rarely drink anything but Coors light, as they find it to be extremely easy to drink a handful at a time. Not my favorite style beer, but not bad for what it is, a light macro.
