This pours a dark amber color with an average off-white head. It has a very mild aroma of mostly grains. Surprisingly decent tasting for a beer that going in I knew was brewed by Miller/Coors. This is a pretty average to high average macro-brew attempting to appeal as craft. Some caramel sweetness is mixed nicely with the grains. Tons more flavor than Miller Lite or Coors light!

pint can purchased at a gas station, best by 1st of July.

amber-gold look with some lacing and little retention. smell is musty grain, semi sweet, some lemon, spicy finish. taste is grainy, woody, some sweet roasty grain/malt but just a hint. hops are light and lemony. more than a little alcohol in the finish.

for a coors product, this is excellent

Third Shift Amber Lager

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a shaker pint glass. Served cold.

A) A light amber with about a finger of white soapy head. Decent retention, and some spotty lacing.

S) All I get is grains, and a little whiff of grass.

T) Faint caramel sweetness, toast, butter, grassy hops on the backend.

M) Light bodied with a good amount of carbonation. This is pretty crisp. Finishes dry.

O) This is pretty mediocre. If I'm craving an amber brew, I'll reach for something brewed right here in Wisconsin.
