Pours a dark ruby with soapy, soft head.
Smell is malty and a bit floral. Notes of leather, citrus, knäckebröd, rye and pepper.
Taste is malty and floral with a solid bitterness. Notes of leather, knäckebröd, pepper, brown bread and citrus.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific mild, easy to drink but full of flavor.

Pours a amber appearance with a small cloudy head.
Smells of sweet bready malts. Biscuits in particular comes to mind.
Taste is dominated by big heavy malts and grains. Surprisingly little sweetness to off-set the residual bitterness from the malts and grains. Body is light, even if taste is relatively strong for the ABV. Carbonation is average at most - which is surprising considering the style.
This is fine. I prefer Jamtlands regular Paskol though (even though it is admittedly an entirely different style).
