The colour is gold; the foam is off white, two fingers thick, half compact and firm.
The smell is creamy with lots of aroma hops and butter; there are also some citric flavours.
The mouth feel is very refreshing with lots of medium sized bubbles.
The taste is quite delicate for a beer from Jämtlands. The malt is fresh and a bit sour. The flavour develops into a solid citric bitterness that is balanced by the full-bodied malt with a distinct note of butter. The aftertaste got a fresh note of sour apples, sweet fruits and creamy butter. It is rather long and balanced.
A lighter beer than is usual from Jämtlands, very easy to drink: It will accompany lighter food like chicken salad very well.
