Poured from a 16oz can dated 8/18 into a snifter glass last night, so less than a week old. Pours a hazy orange gold color with a one finger head that dies down and doesn't leave too much lacing.
Smell is pretty nice, good sweetness backed by a solid hop note, floral and dank. Taste has a nice wheat twang to it, washed away by the resinous and juicy galaxy hops. There's some dankess in the flavor but the biggest note I get is sweet orange juice. Some floral hops finish along with a subtle malt sweetness.
Feels a bit lighter than I expected for 6%+, and it's smooth on the tongue and super drinkable. Wish I had more than one!

Pint can 10/10/17 opened on 11/27/17
A slightly hazy gold with light amber hues. A tall, fluffy and bubbly white foam rises high with moderate retention abilty. A bit of sticky lace hangs on for good.
The aroma is very interesting, an abundance of fruity hops permeates the nose, sweet mandarin orange, zesty lemmon, minerals and grains with a vanilla-ish creamy sweetness, most likely from the wheat. Sour and zesty notes with a big malt complixty in the aroma. Big hops, excellent light malt and wheat really do make for pleasant aromatics.
The citra and Galaxy hops are just an outstanding combo, bold citrus and sweet tropicals abound in the flavor. A dry, yet juicy mouthfeel has slightly bitter herbs, grainy and earthy wheat tones that range from, dry grasses and creamy vanilla notes. The blend of excellent wheat malt and pilsner malts is just the best. Bold and deep flavor but still allows the hops to shine through. Back to the mouthfeel....dry, juicy, creamy in the finish with a light herbal bite. Soooo goood!!
A wheat IPA , man, its the best of both worlds. Each spectrum in the flavor profille compliment eachother perfectly. Love the balance of flavor's. The hops are deep....earthy, zesty lemmons, citrus fruits and green grasses. Sour and earthy with a nice wheatie tang to end it. Complex, interesting and unique.

32 oz growlette was poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a hazy golden straw yellow with no vision of anything. Frothy lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Lemony, citrus, grassy, tropical, herbal, biscuity, bready, wheaty, and pale malts.
Taste: Lemony, citrus, grassy, herbal, and tropical hops followed by a nice malt bscbone, chewy notes, some yeastiness, and mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, refreshing, light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, a little chewy, and light bitterness.
Overall: Will be revisiting this one again in the near future.

16 oz can, canned just a few days ago, purchased at the brewery just south of Boston
typical Trillium clouded look, nice looking off white froth, film and fine lace left on the glass.
heavy pineapple on the nose
ripe tropical fruit al over this one...do all Trillium beers get the pineapple overload treatment? Tasty, fresh, complex and thoroughly enjoyable

From a growler. Pours hazy, bright yellow in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is pineapple, papaya, and grapefruit rind. Medium bodied, low carbonation, and bitter. Makes for a fruity and interesting example of the style. At the top of the style, but somewhere in the middle of the Trillium beers I have tried. Well worth a shot.

This brewery should be outlawed. Not fair to other breweries for them to exist. Well done.
