Brewed in appreciation of The Publick House, a craft beer mecca in Brookline, MA where close friends and warm hospitality welcome us time after time. This amplified version of The Publick House IPA presents a golden-orange hue, focuses on the exhibition of the Citra, Columbus and Centennial hops, with an aroma bursting of cantaloupe, mango, orange and a subtle note of cedar wood. The flavor profile has a toasted, bready malt character to balance the moderate bitterness. Light lemon and grapefruit pith reveal themselves in a creamy, well-balanced finish.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, C-60, Dextrine, Dextrose
HOPS: Citra, Centennial, Columbus

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Trillium Brewery in Canton for about twenty dollars. My thirty fourth brew from these guys. Pretty solid, but does not stand out.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a modest head; splashy lacing
Smell: Papaya and guava, with peach, mango and grapefruit tones
Taste: Papaya and guava forward, with hints of mango and peach bringing some sweetness; grapefruit bitterness builds, through the middle, keeping the sweetness in check through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; somewhat creamy
Overall: Nice range of fruit flavors here

Traded for this a while ago, as the date on the bottom of the can read 3/30/17. Went to Publick House years ago for one of the BA fests and liked the name of this beer, as a result of that. This was quite enjoyable and smooth and although it was old, it held up well and had very little sediment in it. This was a sticky beer fruit of tropical fruit, on par with the better offerings that I've had from Greenpoint as it was quite syrupy from start to finish.
Not a bad pour to this as the liquid was a muted apricot with quite a bit of cloudiness to it. Lots of mango, orange, dank hops and slick juiciness to the nose as all of those were present in the taste as well. Quite a heavy presence to the nose as the taste was also heavy, slick, and nearly free of carbonation. An underlying dankness and grassiness came in as this warmed up as some bread and caramel came through in the malt once this fully warmed up. Tingly pine and tropical fruit stickiness rounded out the mouthfeel as they lingered well throughout my session and on my palate once I finished this off.
This had enough booze in it but it was well hidden as a moderate warming effect took hold long after my last sip. Hard to taste the wood here but the light toasted feel and heavy-handedness of this was something that I wasn't quite expecting form a Trillium beer. Not their best but not bad, I found this enjoyable but something that I had to take my time to savor...

Really hazy light orange color with off-white head. Aroma has juicy hops, some marmalade and dry crackers. Taste is really juicy and fruity, also quite bitter on the finish. Medium minus body with medium carbonation. Really nice one. Fruity with marmalade notes and dried apricots but also bitter.
