Same base grist as A Street IPA, but with a double dose of Amarillo in the dry hop. These Amarillo hops impart a powerful floral aroma with distinctive notes of citrus zest. The taste is bright, floral, and citrusy upfront, finishing with candied grapefruit and orange. As with all Trillium “Street” IPA’s, Double Dry Hopped A Street is dry with medium-light body and a crisp finish.

Pours typically cloudy pale golden orange in color with a half finger of white head that dissipates to a thin film and leaves sporadic lacing. Aroma is candied grapefruit. Taste is lots of citrus with grapefruit and blood orange notes. Finish is balanced with a slight resiny hop slickness. Good mouthfeel, medium-light body and moderate carbonation. Overall there is a definite edge to all the flavors here, I look forward to seeing where this beer goes as it gets a chance to mellow over the next few weeks. Another solid installment in the Street series.

Canned on 7/2/21 and enjoyed on 9/7/21. Pours a hazy dark yellow, bordering on orange. Very floral from the Amarillo hops. Bit of vodka on the nose, more floral and citrus forward flavors. Bit of orange juice. Maybe my palate has gotten blown out by all the DIPAs I’ve been drinking recently but this one seemed fairly one note for trillium IMO. Not bad by any means but not the one beer I’d recommend to people to have from them if there were other options available.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Trillium Brewery in Canton for about twenty dollars. My forty fifth brew from these guys. This was good, if unremarkable.

Amarillo hops. Guess I'm not a fan of those. Or maybe double dry hopping. Idk

Poured a beautiful dark orange with very light carbonation. The taste reminds me of a fruity mimosa. The taste isn’t Very balanced as I get booze along with some flowers. All beer from trillium is good and while this is good, it’s underwhelming.
