Notes: This edition of our Super Saison, dry hopped with El Dorado, drinks smooth with a slightly thick mouthfeel, and exhibits subdued, herbal, earthy hop character with a delicate essence of lime on the finish. This dank, grassy hop profile is balanced with classic saison notes of spicy white pepper derived from the use of our farmhouse yeast blend.

Hazy yellow color, smell is a wonderful citrus, floral nose. The flavor is a more grassy, earthy taste. Finish is a little harsh. An overall solid beer.

750ml poured into a #proper Trillium tulip.

One second of pouring and you're already anticipating this beer. Bright, juicy-looking golden yellow, ample bone white head, and a ton of sticky lacing from the dry hop. Wonderful aroma featuring equal parts grassy hops and layers of funk. The taste? This beer is on point, and crushable. Lemony, a bit of classic Belgian yeast and cracker malts. Really excellent with a lingering finish. The extremely creamy mouthfeel really helps deliver the beer's complexities. Wish I had another!

I've found Trillium's saisons to be solid across the board. Still looking for one to blow me away.

From a bomber into an oversized wine glass.

Glowing yellow pour, with a pure white head and sticky lacing. Beautiful beer.

Slightly floral aroma, pollen and springlike. Very crisp and bright.

What an incredible flavor. Wheat is overwhelmed by sweet peach, tart dandelion, and a touch of garlic and spice. Elegant, complex flavor. World class.

Chewy and clean feel. None of the tartness or spice lingers.

Absolutely spectacular brew. Mild enough to please farmhouse newbies, complex enough to satisfy veterans. Can't wait to try the other varieties.

64 oz growler was poured into a pint glass.

Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a slightly hazy golden straw yellow with some clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.

Smell: Vanilla, herbal, spicy, citrus, yeasty esters, apple, pilsner, and pale malts.

Taste: Same as above. Pretty delicious. Pretty tasty stuff.

Mouthfeel: Chewy, herbal, a bit dry, slight alcohol, medium to high carbonation, and medium bodied.

Overall: Looking forward to the next version of sunshower.

Beautiful hazy yellow with white head. Aroma - Mango jumps right out immediately and then other citrus follows, slight hoppiness. Taste is mangos, peach not much bitterness and very clean finish. One of the best saisons ive ever had. Super refreshing on this 90 degree day. Looking forward to the centennial hop sunshower. Definitely beginning to see what the hype about trillium is.

Candy and wheat up front, followed by some bread, refreshing lemon notes, and juicy (but not bitter) spicy hops. There's a hint of hot alcohol, but it complements the taste and body in a very desirable way.
