The first Double IPA produced at our Canton brewery. Featuring four powerful aromatic hop varieties, Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Columbus, Scaled Up emits dank, spicy, aromas that lead into fruity, citrusy flavors of peach and orange on the palate. Lighter in body than most of our other Double IPAs, Scaled Up finishes dry and smooth with a pleasant bitterness.
MALT: Pilsner, White Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Dextrine, Dextrose, C-15
HOPS: Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Columbus

Super fresh Scaled Up purchased on the bottling date of 12/17
L - Hazy golden orange in color. Not quite a hop milkshake but pretty cloudy.
A - Tons of sweet, tropical aromas. Galaxy is very present here. Smells amazing.
T - Very similar to the aroma....galaxy is up front and center upon first sip...little bit of sweetness that fades into some nice hop bitterness.
M - As a good double IPA should be. Flavors linger...sticky hoppiness.
O - Another stellar beer from Trillium. Not sure how they do it but their hop game is so on point.

Bright, golden, orange pour. Resinous, mango, peach aromas. Very balanced, hoppy and tropical. Medium body with a drier finish. Really good beer.

Pours a cloudy yellow-orange color with a medium bodied white colored head that leaves little lacing down the glass. It's aroma is of toasted malts, sweet magoes, and citrus. Tastes of sweet malts, citrus, and mango/melon. It's a classic double IPA from Trillium, smooth, nice amount of carbonation, feels lighter than it is.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Trillium in Canton for about twenty dollars. My fiftieth brew from these guys. Good brew.

Full bodied with a distinctive Trillium taste. Slight but not off putting hop burn.
