This new edition in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Nelson Sauvin hop. Stillings Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of kiwi, white grape and lemongrass on the nose. Delicate flavors of citrus zest, pineapple and cantaloupe are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine, Dextrose

This is a very smooth NEIPA. Fruity, juicy and without any hop burn. Chewable mouthfeel and even a tiny bit of bitterness at the very end. Not super complex but it is a very nice beer for the style.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw color wtih a one-finger foamy white head; good retention and speckles cling to the glass
Smell: Sugar cookie and white wine grape aromatics with kiwi and cantaloupe
Taste: Sugar cookie and white wine grape forward with some kiwi adding a juicy element; cantaloupe melon emerges in the middle and leads to the finish; low to moderate bitterness with a lemon edge
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; somewhat creamy
Overall: This recipe does a great job expressing the southern Hemisphere hops

09/20/23. Poured into a BA 25th Ann teku -- hell yeah!!
A: Moderately hazy lemonade yellow with 2-finger white frothy head with good retention and average lacing.
S: Aroma is moderate-strong intensity with orange, red grapefruit, lemongrass. guava, and a light herbal note in the backgound. Malt aroma is not detectable. Esters are light-moderate and fruity.
T: Flavor is moderately intense with pineapple, guava, orange, red grapefruit, and lime with a lightly sweet pils malt background. Esters are moderate and lightly fruit. Alcohol is well-hidden. Bitterness is low.
M: Easily one of the best mouthfeels I have had with a hazy NEIPA lately. Light-medium body with moderate carbonation and not super thick throughout the sip. Kind of a magical balancing act given the 7.2% ABV.
O: Expensive but I am glad I went for it because this is a hazy NEIPA at the top of its class.

16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a hazy pale orange with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- aroma is pure nelson; white grape, kiwi, cantaloupe, ripe peach & a hint of grass, citrus zest and garlic
T- white grape and kiwi lead the way, followed by some zesty citrus. Mid-palate gives a bold cantaloupe note, along with pineapple. The finish gives melon and white grape, that sticks around on the linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a slightly creamy finish

A: Poured from the can into a Feiden's tulip. Body is hazy orange with a half-finger white head that retains pretty well, leaves some foamy lace behind.
S: Good nose jumps out of the glass: tropical fruity hops (mango, papaya, ripe cantaloupe) and some citrus (orange zest and peel).
T: Follows the nose, with sweet, ripe melon, some papaya, a touch of sweet orange and limes/lime zest.
M: Good creamy and juicy feel, slightly lighter than medium in heft.
O: Quite good. Flavorful, but an easy drinker.

Dark orange with golden hues, big fluffy head, mild lacing. Tangy dank citrusy notes of pineapple and orange on the nose and taste, a bit of a piney aftertaste. Medium bodied, slightly creamy mouthwatering finish. Very good.

Canned 2/17/23; drank 3/22/23 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange/yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a nice white head; frothy lace.
Orange citrus, ganja & mild cream notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Tangy orange citrus & some cream flavors up front; dank ganja notes on the finish.
Pretty standard over-hopped "ne ipa" that's not very balanced & can get difficult to enjoy by the end of a can. Still, you could do worse.
