This iteration of Dialed In is a fresh, juicy Double IPA intensively dry hopped with Galaxy and El Dorado. Canned in April. Drank in September 19th after 100 days stuck in customs.

A: The pour is beautiful as the body presents itself with a bright orange accent and very very hazy. Brilliant. The head is non-existent. Lacing is minimal. But the body is the juiciest I've ever seen.
S: The aroma is strong of a hoppy feeling rounded by a minimal tropical fruit touch. Hops felt are Galaxy and Columbus I guess. Tropical fruit comes from mango and peach, although very minimal after being canned this long.
T: Taste begins with a mango like fruitiness that is disabled really fast with a resinous hoppy profile that is smooth but still gets to shine quite well, leaving no space for anything else. It's a quite straightforward beer as it has very simplicity when it comes to taste. Being a guy who doesn't like overly complex beers, this one gets me.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is a bit harsh. Bitterness is high, even 4 months after being canned - WOW.
O: This is an amazing DIPA. Stunning things being done by Trillium.

From can. Deep cloudy orange appearance. Interesting with pinot gris juice added. Definitely noticeable in the taste, especially at the end. Fruity and very sweet (a bit too sweet for me).
