Double Dry Hopped Farnsworth Street is an amped up version of the original with a doubled addition of the Australian origin Vic Secret hop. Intense aromas of melon, orange, mango, and a hint of zesty pine on the nose. The flavors of orange creamsicle, pineapple, cantaloupe absolutely leap out of this luxuriously smooth iteration of our intensely hopped Street Series IPAs.
MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine, Dextrose
HOPS: Vic Secret, CTZ

Canned 11/14. Bright orange/yellow, mostly hazy. The slightly above modest head faded pretty quickly but there is nice and thin layer of foam across the surface and ring around the glass, sparse spotty lacing. What a nose on this one! Bursting with citrus, pine and bubblegum, got some passion fruit and guava notes to it as well. Taste is similar to the nose with a slightly less citrus presence. There is a little astringency on the finish but nothing intolerable, decent carbonation. Hard to argue with this one. Very impressed with the smell/flavor.

L-Big 3 fingered head.......thick lacing, long lasting retention.......not as bright as OJ......hazy and cloudy
S-Ripe melon, papaya, pineapple, mango......sweet malts..........some pine and hop resin
T-starts with a ripe melon sweetness and moves to a slightly more pine and hop resin than the nose would indicate........soft sweetness during the finish........
F-Soft, pillowy.........smooth and creamy........ABV barely detectable.........
O-very enjoyable........mouthfeel is the highlight for me as well as the aroma

Wow this was fantastic. An excellent NE style IPA from the always solid Trillium. Canned date 8/26/19. Pours a great hazy yellow-orange color with lots of fluffy white head and beautiful sheets of lingering lacing that clung to the glass. Smells of ripe tangerine, mango, passionfruit, pineapple, lemon, papaya and melon. Also malt, floral and herbal hops in the background, bread and vanilla. Taste follows the nose, great balance and complexity and the slightly bitter hit of hops was well-balanced by the sweeter malt backbone. Higher ABV was incredibly well hidden and a little more dankness came out as the beer warmed. Very juicy, great mouthfeel with luscious stickiness and smooth coating of the palate. Good carbonation. A very enjoyable offering, and I'll keep looking for this brewery's beers online.

16 oz. can dated 8/21/19 poured into Trillium Six States glass. It's a nice glass.
L: Hazy pale orange-gold, 2F fluffy white head, good retention with lots of lacing and a cap and ring.
S: Cantaloupe and honeydew leap out, along with some ripe tropical fruits and earthiness.
T: Follows nose. Tropical kick-in is substantial following initial melon. Pretty earthy finish.
F: Light to medium feel, light carbonation. Rounded flavors and great balance the hallmarks of Trillium.
O: Another solid hazy IPA from Trillium, just a different flavor profile.

A - Creamcicle orange, hazy, huge layers of off white head and jack frost sticky cling after each sip.
S - Orange peel, citrus and tropical fruits, malts, bread dough, and plum.
T - Citrus fruit, tangerine, orange, kiwi, some malts on the back end. Finishes bitter and dry.
O - Extremely quaffable NEIPA that is worth the trip to Boston. Nicely done once again Trillium.
Notes - Purchased from the brewery on trip to Boston.

Dated 6/10/19 on the bottom of the can, a month since brewing.
Pours a nearly opaque dirty gold with two + half fingers of creamy head. Nose absolutely bursting with fresh mango and orange, followed by cantaloupe, earthiness, resin, a little papaya and toasted white bread. The flavors on the palette, however, are much more balanced with the malt. I also get a little bit of mint, herbaceousness and pink grapefruit at the end of the taste. Much more "East meets West coast" on the taste than the nose, with a leaning towards west coast. Something different than the usual fruit smoothie from Trillium. Medium- drying, medium bitterness, medium- sweetness. Definitely pick this one up if you enjoy a good bitter west coast ipa, but still want some tropical notes in there!

L - pours a cloudy off-yellow haze with hints of orange. Big, bountiful head. Looks soft and satisfying.
S - zesty candied papaya and pineapple rind. Leafy melon and fresh, buttery onions. Maybe some prickly pear in there as well.
T - astringent and bitter. About face from the nose. Cooling pine and even some spearmint. Grapefruit rind and a surprising amount of booze heat for a mere 7.2%. Could just be the acidity. Floral and grassy. Acetone creeps in and out. Dry and resinous to finish.
F - soft and fluffy. Fantastic by Trillium IPA standards. Light enough to retain drinkability (helps to offset the bitterness) but with enough creaminess to support the extra hops in this beer.
O - Vic Secret is an odd hop. Astringently bitter with big notes of grass and flowers. Was hoping for a bit more juice to round things out, though. Bitterness is out in full force to the point where we get a bit of nail polish, but I can appreciate the extremity.
