On tap at the brewery. Hazy murky orange. Smells of apricot and peach with a backdrop of orange. Tastes more of orange than it smelled. Still, peach and apricot juice permeate. Apricot aftertaste. Medium heavy. Mostly just and not that easy to drink.

L - Light orange and hazy. Finger of white head. Lots of sediment.

S - Zesty orange and grapefruit peel. Sweet peaches. Doughy malts.

T - Same as the nose, but has some dank hop oils tossed in. Good bitter bite on the end of it.

F - Lighter than a typical DIPA. Some warming on the finish.

O - Solis fruited IPA

Kooky beer. When cold on a fresh growler pour, it drinks almost like a much zestier version of a wheat ipa like sumpin’ beers. As it warms the fruit comes out and a dry finish keeps it all from going off the rails. Notes of honey, stone fruit, and a note of pine resin all play. The taste of dried apricots really pops as it warms.

i rarely give look scores less than 4 but this appearance is certainly unappealing. cant leave extensive review because tbh i wasnt able to finish this one and having recieved it alongside some TH I had to quickly move onto a J. it is harsh and acidic with a definite hop burn that detracts from the intended fruity and citric flavors. there is also a weird malty character that just doesnt bring the beer together. overall very scattered and harsh, not delivering on any of the qualities that i woulud want and expect from this type of IPA, especially given the attempt to provide fruit forwardness. usually tend to dig trillium stuff but this is just overly harsh and not cohesive in any way. sadly traded for a few cans so will have to see it if improves with a few weeks/month - not going to be rushing back to crack another can.

Double IPA aged on peaches and apricots. Hmmmm. Dank and earthy up front. This tastes extremely dry hopped. Tons of pine, lemon, burnt rubber, mango and tangerine. No malt presence. Super dry finish. Bitter but not overwhelming. Not getting any of the peach or apricot. It's alright. Heard terrible things, but it's not awful.
