Dated 4/10/19 on the bottom of the can, two months since brewing.

Pours a completely opaque, gorgeous, deep burgundy with a finger of puffy dark pink head, beautiful. Nose is bursting with fresh raspberries; notes of bing cherries, lactic acid and a hint of wheat. Full on raspberry preserves. Taste follows the noses exactly with a small punch of sourness, lacto and a bit of water nerd minerality. Wonderful medium+ body for a 4.5% brew with a prickly effervescent carbonation. Medium- tartness. Absolutely perfect and thirst quenching for a hot summer day. I wish I picked up more of this one, truly a great beer!

Good lord... of a gose, this I do not expect.

There's so much thick fruitiness to this beer that I'm not picking up much, if any, of the typical fruity elements to be expected of a gose. There's a good bit of tartness, but it's not particularly sour. So much fruit.

This is really excellent.

Drank from a 1 pint can purchased at Trillium Brewing Company, Canton, MA
Canned on 04/10/19
Served in a tulip

Gorgeous appearance. The completely opaque, oxblood colored body was topped by a larger bubbled, light crimson crown that quickly dissolved. A thin collar encircled the liquid. No lacing whatsoever.

The nose was pure raspberry goodness. Freshly puréed raspberries came to mind. Nice jammy sweetness. Perfect in its simplicity.

The flavor profile was also very raspberry forward but not to the degree of the aroma. Big raspberry presence up front. Tart, slightly underripe raspberries came to mind. Loads of lemony sourness in the center. Moderately acidic. Touch of brackish salinity. More underripe raspberry and tartness on the back end and the finish. Some berry seed-like bitterness and acidity lingered after the swallow.

The beer was medium bodied for the style and contained a larger bubbled, fairly prickly effervescence. Really fluffy on the palate. A touch airy perhaps.

Trillium have been releasing some amazing fruited goses lately, and this Raspberry Triple Seesaw variant was one of their better ones to date. With the warm weather arriving, I look forward to enjoying more beers of this style.

Thick and dense looking like a raspberry fruit shake. Reddish-pink, tall, flaky head. Straight raspberry juice. Natural berry flavor with a flare of lactic acid funk. Full mouthfeel which I love.

Pours red/purple color with a 2 finger thick pink foamy head that was packed with bubbles, dissipating slowly and leaving basically zero lacing. Smells of wheat, grains, raspberries, green apple, mineral water, fruit punch, salt and wet cardboard. Tastes basically like it smells, with raspberries, tart berries, wheat, grains, mineral water, fruit punch, salt, earthy notes that resemble paper, strawberry jam and wet cardboard. The fruity notes are quite tasty and help make this easy to drink.
