Growler filled a few days ago

Pours a light fizzy head fades semi quickly, little lacing, super murky bright milk shake orange.

Nose pretty nice, bright tropical fruit, guava, tangerine, grapefruit, little earthy zest sap, tons of lemony tropical citrus, dank tropical, passion fruit.

Taste brings more green tropical fruit, citrus notes, grapefruit zest, orange citrus, lemony, passion fruit, guava, maybe even papaya mango, orange juice, orange cream. Finish dry nice orange juice citrus, little grapefruit, Clementine, tropical fruits.

Mouth is a bit thin, lighter carb too.

Overall other than being a little thin and light carb it's great, awesome hops, just enough malt to get through it.

16 oz. can dated 07/14/16

Pours cloudy opaque gold with a creamy frothy white foam head. Smells like kiwi, pineapple, mango, guava, candied peach, grape jam, orange and grapefruit citrus, bready grain, with an earthy pine note. Tastes like kiwi, pineapple, mango, guava, grape jam, candied peach, orange citrus, grapefruit, bready oats, with earthy grassy pine. Feels medium bodied, creamy with moderate low carbonation. Overall another great juicy pale ale from Trillium.

Thanks to JLindros for sharing.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great a nice hazy milkshake orange hue with a thin head that fades to leave light wisps.

S - Aromas of green papaya, guava, light citrus, faint melon, light tropical, loads of green fruit.

T - Taste is really really pleasant, very similar to the nose, good tropical fruits, nice papaya and green fruits. Loads off melon, really lightly bitter.

M - Mouthfeel is very lightly carbonated, body is a bit thin.

O - Overall this was a rather nice, excellent young tropical notes. Really nice.

Had on tap. Pours hazy, orange-yellow in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is cracker, white grapes, and peach. Slightly bitter, light bodied, with moderate carbonation. Makes for a delightful and juicy sessionable beer. Right up there with the best of the Small Birds series. I will get this one again.
