On-tap at Bronx Ale House, Bronx, NY

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin bright white head that event completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of honey are present in the nose along with notes of biscuit malts and hints of floral hops.
T: Like the smell, the taste has a little bit of honey flavors along with light malts. There are faint hints of sweetness and bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: It seems that this beer has a perfect amount of honey as it made the beer interesting (unlike some of the bland beers in this style) without making it too sweet.

Served on-tap at Valhalla in New York, NY

A: Pours a hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of gentle visible carbonation and some golden yellow highlights. The beer has a half finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a medium sized patch of very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Light to moderate aromas of biscuit malts with some lighter hints of honey and floral hops.

T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of pale and biscuit malts with a light amount of sweetness from the honey. That is followed by a very light flavor of floral hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness that fades pretty quickly.

M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.

O: In enjoyed this beer because it has the flavors from the honey without becoming overly sweet - some interesting notes in the flavor/aroma and easy to drink.
