Pineapple + Spices + Wild yeast.
Veiled amber, scarce foam.
Smell: wil, pineappple, a lot of ginger, cinnamon.
Cinnamon taste, some pineapple, light but present sourness. Sugar.
Peculiar, refreshing, interesting.
Don't know for its drinkability in the distance, but for now, ok.

Pours sort of a hazy yellow orange...hard to tell the size of the head as the bar pour minimized, but good lace resulted. Nose was funkier than expected with lemony citrus along with some yeasty esters. Taste was mildly sour, making this quite drinkable. I got more grapefruit than pineapple, and there is a false sweetness that balances it out just enough. Overall, this is much better than I was expecting and isn't just a sour pineapple mashup.

Poured to an Ora et Labora taster.
A: Body is coppery to orange and a bit hazy. Head, when pouring is one finger thick but after a while shows no retention. No lacing present.
S: The aroma is filled with spices, vanilla, pepper, and in the back a small hint of freshness of pineapple. Also, even more minimal, a little funk from wild yeasts.
T: Taste starts off with a little funkiness that's a bit sweet, incoming from the fruit, specially pineapple, used here, that also shows a good acidic component. In the back, a small funky touch, being a bit crisp and chewy. Ends in a very well balanced flavour profile.
M: Body is medium to low. Carbonation is low. Sourness is mild.
O: Interesting and very well balanced sour. Would love to try again.
