Had on Tap at an Inn in the North East Kingdom of Vermont, it seemed like a very fresh keg!

Pours a glowing amber orange with nice off white head and thick lacing.

Smells of Honey Juniper kind of a sticky sweet pine/juniper. Cherry wood with slight bubble gum sweetness and lemon extract.

Tastes of sticky juniper berry and bitter pine needles balanced with a with dry cherry wood cask and slight spicy herbal character. Dry lemon and cherry wood finish. Interesting dry fruitiness like a rye whiskey.

Had a second but the bar was closing so had to drink up fast! Would definitely have another of these with unique light honey sweetness native to the area, much beekeeping going on.

Would also seek out others from this seemingly high quality brewer but it's a far way to travel, perhaps it will be seen at the Three Penny Tap Room in Montpelier.

L: A hazy reddish orange. Poured with a finger of head which quickly dissipated. Left a good amount of lacing.

S: Can't put my fingers on it, somewhat mediciny. Not sure. Not unpleasant, but not great.

T: Again, this is a hard one to distinguish. It's a bit fruity, some orange maybe. There is some pine notes as well but the fruitiness is the most noticeable feature. A bit different of an ipa compared to others I've had.

F: Medium bodied, lightly carbonated.

O: I'm glad I tried it and will definitely have it again. It's interesting and different.

The appearance was a orange to slightly amber milky sort of color with a sustaining finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a mild pace. Some stringy lace ran here and there.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet grapefruit pulp and rind running into some lemon to orange fruit scent. Light grassiness, and a touch of medicinal (yet acceptable to me) character came in underneath.
The flavor leaned into the sweet of those prior mentioned aromas to embark on a course that lead nicely into the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate. Finish kept a nice hoppy content that was somewhat bitter but wasn't overbearing, seemed nice and quaint.
Overall, pretty nice AIPA that does the trick and would be worthy of having again.

Cloudy with a rich foam layer and fine lacing in a Tulip Glass. Boils with each swirl and remains lively with each subsequent glass from the growerl.

Rich, green and hoppy upfront leaving a mix of organic, earthy apple crisp in the nose. Fresh, clean and bold but with consistent lasting power that reminds you of the first snowfall in a pine forest.

Immediately hits the taste buds with a tannic powerful hop rush then washes through to finish with a slight touch of residual sweetness. 86 IBUs are laced throughout the tasting, but dovetail nicely into a high, pleasant slightly citrus finish that leaves you craving for the next one.

Overall this new discover is an extremely well balanced liberally hopped IPA that rates with some of the best that Vermont has to offer.

Sampled at VT Brewfest but it came in at 8.3% but the Kingdom website has it at 6%.

A-Poured a hazy orange color. Not much to note in such a small quantity.

S-Smells like bitter grapefruit hops. Also got some grassy hops. Perhaps a bit of other hop derived fruity scents.

T-A good mixture of citrus and grass. Candied oranges. Maybe some floral hops in there. Finishes sweet rather than bitter.

M-Like I said before, it finishes a bit sweeter. It's clearly bitter but not to a very intense degree.

O-A solid brew that seemed to melt into the seemingly hundreds of hoppy brews I tried during my Vermont stay.

I went to the brewery on 8/21/14. This beer was basically an average IPA, his blueberry skinny bitch, and English bitter ale were both quite good. I really enjoyed both of these, and for a full sampler plus you can keep the glass for $5, you can't beat the price for a visit.
