Another barrel aged variant of their beers, that, again, the original wasn't around when I visited for comparison. Nuts! The backbone seemed to be very good and the barrel only added to the complexity. It poured an inky black with minimal head or lacing. Chocolate, biscuits, the malt, and the alcohol were pretty upfront. But all seemed to balance out each other nicely.

Another fantastic rendition of Early Bird Special. I'd put the Whiskey variant a tiny bit higher, but the difference is really negligible. I'd drink this all year long if I could!
