Quck review: A pilot batch India pale ale brewed with Hungarian oak chips, and Bold Bean - Ethiopian coffee beans. Amber color, complex aroma/taste, with the coffee coming in a bit more than the oak. Perfect carbonation and head retention. Slight bitterness, which adds to the complexity. I would've preferred all oak, or all coffee. The beer was good for what it was. But a little too much going on IMO.
