On Tap

Appearance - A murky, yet lively dark brown, almost black. Full deep 1" khaki head that dissipates to a minimal ring. Little to no lacing.

Aroma - Little chocolate, and cherry. The oak chips are there too, just not the forerunner.

Taste - Sour upfront with sweet cherry, and whiskey oak in the middle. As it warms the beer finishes with a little tobacco leaves. And sour chocolate covered cherries. Finishes quite light and refreshing.

Mouthfeel - Perfect amount of carbonation. Quite silky/oily. Leaves me wanting more.

Overall - I would love to see this make the full time lineup. If the sourness was kicked up a notch, this could compete with the best. I'd also like to see this aged in different types of barrels (wine)
