The colour is pale gold (6 EBC), the liquid clear. The beer foams a lot; the airy head is white. It sinks quite quickly with a fizzy sound leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is semi-sweet with surprisingly strong presence of alcohol. Honey, some earthy-floral hops, and a slight hint of tobacco.
The taste is a bit thick and fat. Passing sweetness, some cardboard/paper and hints of higher alcohol. Medium body. The aftertaste is thin and short. Some solvents, sweet malt and minerals. The finish is somewhat sweet.
The carbonation is strong to medium; the short-lived bubbles small and sharp.
A raw lager with some off-flavours…
