Poured from a bottle into a pint glass, dregs kept in the bottle. No date. Got bottle from a friend who kept it in the fridge.
Look: very dark amber brown with a beautiful chocolate head, dissipated quickly.
Smell: chocolate milk, toasty, mild fresh fruity aroma (could be from the coffee or maybe an English ale yeast?)
Taste: vanilla hits hard but overcarbonated so the initial taste is overwhelmed. Mid palate after the swallow the chocolate and toasted grain comes through, but that quickly fades to a long astringent finish on the top and sides of the tongue maybe from over-extracted coffee grounds used directly in the fermenter?
Feel: medium bodied, measured 7.5*P or 1.010 SG corrected for 7% ABV with and OG approx: 1.064.
Overall: drinkable but imbalanced flavors and astringent finish may keep you from coming back for more.

12 oz bottle, no date.
Very dark brown, almost black, on the pour and opaque. A large tan head rose above the beer but it was very fizzy, which is never a good sign.
First thing that jumps out to me in the aroma is cola. A little bit of coffee, a little vanilla, but mostly sweet cola. Tastes artificial to me. Much too sweet and cloying.
Medium-full bodied with fizzy carbonation. This beer is kind of a mess.

Moderate pour yields an almost 2" tan head over a dark brown body with some lacing. Nose of vanilla, roasted malt, and slight mocha. Tastes of vanilla and a little coffee. Feel is a tad thin and overall, not bad.

12oz bottle. Pours a dark brownish black color with a small amount of head. Some lacing. Lots of vanilla in the nose as well as earth, coffee, chocolate, cappuccino, and roasted malts. Smells very sweet. The taste is more vanilla than coffee with some bitter dark chocolate and roasted malts at the end. I bit too much vanilla and not enough coffee for me, but it's still pretty good. Light mouthfeel. Overall, a decent variation but I prefer their regular Coffee Stout.

Pours opaque, dark brown in color with one inch head. Taste is Swiss milk chocolate, vanilla wafers, and light coffee. Medium bodied, sweet, with moderate carbonation. Makes for a very good milk stout...Love the chocolate flavor. This is a beer that I could have all day during the cooler months...Really well done.
