A: Pours a cloudy yellow color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace.
S: Peppery spice, phenols, coriander, orange, and lemon peal. Slightly doughy, zippy wheat. Very nice.
T: Follows the nose, with all the typical Wit flavors. Peppery spice, yeast like phenols, coriander, orange peal. A nice zippy wheat character. Really enjoyable.
M/O: A light body that is crisp and effervescent. Ultra smooth at the same time, and finishes dry. Really easy to drink, I have come back to this several times. Always enjoyable.
This is really good and well done. Not at the new Celis level, but damn good anyway. One I get a lot when Celis is not available.

The beer pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. The smell is biscuit, spice and citrus. A really good flavor comparable to Blue Moon. The feel is smooth this could definitely be a session beer. Cheers!

Very good beer in my local area, standard wit - orange / coriander mix, although when it warms up smells kind of musty. Keep it cold and you're fine.

12oz bottle. 11/17/16 bottle date. Appearance: Cloudy orange golden hue with a low lying white foam head. Aroma: Strong Belgian fruity yeast esters with clove. Coriander spice strong as well with an underlying orange rind. Taste: Wheaty malt sweetness turns to an aggressive spicy coriander and orange. Clove pops up on the back end with just enough bitterness to balance. Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a light silky creaminess and moderate carbonation. Touch of alcohol warmth on the back end. Finish: Dry, with a lingering pear ester and clove, with some citrus rind. Overall: Top notch take on a witbier with an aggressive coriander spicing and sweet orange peel. Fruity yeast esters and clove phenols are present throughout in a complimentary way. Nice creaminess to the body.

I was expecting a hazy golden beer when I poured it up, but is is considerably cloudier and duller than I anticipated, but it had a good head that dissipated quickly. Minimal aroma, nothing really stood out. There was a nice, subtle, understated flavor with a hint of citrus and coriander, nothing overpowering, but also pretty muted. It drinks easy, a little heavy in the feel, but this is a solid wheat beer.
