Pours a hazy gold with a nice head with tight bubbles and a fluffy top, lasting a good while. Smell is clean and refreshing. Tastes great. Citrusy goodness with some wheat undertones and a nice smooth mouthfeel because of the oats. At only 5.4% abv, a great everyday option. Triptych is one of my favorite breweries and this one is a good reason why.

16 oz can, dated 9/29/21, best by 12/29/21, into Wide mouthed glass.
Very pale hazy blonde with a creamy cap of 2 fingers. Very pretty. Leaves lots of lace.
Aroma of perfumey wet grass and grapefruit, pineapple, mango, wheat malt, and very light cannabis.
Flavor is crisp and delicious. Definitely one of the best session pales I've ever had period. Some light mango, strawberry, honeydew, and pineapple. Wheat malt is there to provide some chalk and doughy flavor, and it exits on yellow pear.
Feel is crisp and semi-clean with a slight chalk dust from the wheat, and leaves a juicy and lightly resinous finish.
Overall, Triptych is now one of my favorite breweries. This one punches way above its weight in ABV. Almost everything these guys do is great. Will be looking forward to my next Triptych haul. Despite its moniker it's not exactly dank, but it is pretty "dank" (what the kids these days call good). Would buy a 4 pack again no problem.
$10.99 / 4 pack / Bloomington IL Friar Tuck's

Absolutely delicious. It's not too bitter or hoppy, sour but not too sour, and slightly sweet. Looks and feels thick but tastes light, sort of like grapefruit juice.

This beer pours a very, very light golden color - it's almost white. It's also very hazy and murky. The carbonation levels are very high with this beer, that translates into a 4 finger white and very fluffy looking head. As the head dissipates, it produces a bit of clingy lacing on the glass, though that's erased by me trying to pour the rest of the beer in the glass.
The nose on this beer has a bit of pineapple on it, from the hops. Not too strong, but not too light either.
Taste - This beer has a decent tropical bill to it. A decent amount of grapefruit flavor here. The flavor is not overwhelming. It's strong, but doesn't punch you in the face.
I'm a fan of the feeling of this beer. It's somewhat crisp feeling up front, but turns to juicy and creamy feeling on the back.
Tasty, and easy drinking beer.

Enough hops to leave some not appreciating what the dank meme has to offer. Just enough wheat taste to let you know its a beer. Smooth as butter going down. Its a very hazy beer with a small foamy head that sure delivers a refreshing beer.

Pours a very pale hazy almost white yellow with a fluffy white head that sticks around for a little bit. It's one of the prettiest beers I've had. Smells like citrus mango with undertones of malty sweetness. The taste is honestly awesome. It's a tropical mango followed by guava and citrus with just enough hop bitterness balancing it out to keep it from being too sweet. The feel is truly outstanding. It's lightly carbonated with the type of tiny bubbles that perfectly coat your entire tongue and mouth in the perfect slightly bubbly sensation. Overall this is a great beer and I'll be keeping it in the fridge if I can. After finishing the pack I'm bumping up my review. This is the best american pale ale I've ever had.

Pours an effervescent & hazed straw color with 2+ fingers of fluffy eggshell colored head. Great lacing & very good head retention
S: Mangoes & oranges, fades down the stretch a little
T: Mango, green melon, oranges up front, dome dryness & white grape as well. Green melon, lime & grassyness as this warms, a little peach as well. Finishes juicy with lime, green melon & peach & pineapple
Nice drinkability, a very nice offering

Murky bright gold with a white cap, lace o plenty. Mango and various pale citrus with floral hops. Taste is more juicy with the citrus, mango, pineapple, peach and more botanicals in the hop finish. Feel is bright, hazy, and surprisingly juicy. Not a traditional APA but a damn good one
