Very dark brown beer, nearly black, with a nice tan head that doesn't last too long.

Unusual smell, but in a good way. It is sweet smelling, like marshmallows and graham crackers, it really does remind me of the smell of s'mores, with a hint of smoke.

Taste is similar to the smell, sweet with hints of marshmallow and chocolate, also some coffee flavors in it. Seems to be a bit of fruit as well, with a lingering bitterness.

Little thin, the carbonation does add a nice tingle.

Good beer, but not a great one. it does do what it promises, reminds me of roasting marshmallows. it is pretty flavorful and different, a good fall beer.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured an opaque dark with thin off white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent was faint roast. The taste was smore like. Very boozy finish that makes it not overly easy to drink. The mouthfeel is medium in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it is a solid stout.

Pours jet black with a thin and head. No carbonation.
Smells of graham cracker, vanilla, coffee and baker's chocolate.
Taste follows nose where marshmellow combines will with bitter coffee. Bakers chocolate and sweetness and vanilla up fromt.
Smooth feel with bittercoffee sticking around. Little to no alcohol feel. Great stout.
