I got a bottle of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a hazy yellow with fizzy white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had overprimed mixed with subtle bright citrus. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bitter citrus mixed with bubbles. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with super fizzy carbonation. Overall it is a tough beer to rate give the abundance of carbonation....would like to try again....maybe off the tapper.

From a bottle. Pour has a bright 1/3" white foam head with a very hazy, pale straw colored body. Scent has nice citric tropic fruits (orange?, mango?), some pine, and a hoppy aroma in general. Taste comes across as citric hoppy bitterness with the citric elements poking out at opportune times (but otherwise being a bit overwhelmed by the general hoppiness). Feel is on the lighter side with a crisp and hoppy sensation throughout. Quite enjoyable and worked well when paired with a burger, but would prefer something a touch less hop flavor for drinking in session.

Pop the bottle top, big dank citrus aromas - like mango, passion fruit, pineapple. Smells like Mosaic!!! And the pour, a hazy, bright straw color with a sudsy white head, adds to the evidence: Mosaic!
The taste is the final confirmation required - Mosaic for sure. Dank citrus flavors assault all taste buds immediately and effectively. This reminds me a LOT of Lizard King from Pipeworks, which is high praise from me because I love that beer.
The only nit to pick for me is the mouthfeel, which is a little “wetter” than I’d like, but overall, this is a beer I’d drink again and again.

Pours golden hazy yellow with white foamy cap, and juicy citrus smell. Light and crisp ipa with hoppy notes of centennial, nugget, cascade and citra. Notes of grapefruit, pine with a bit of mango.
Really nice micro brew from Lincoln, NE! Thanks Debs and Beer club!

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy very pale goldenstraw with a one finger head; decent retention and a few shards
Smell: Bready with a vague citrusy tone; papaya, as well
Taste: Bread and papaya forward with a grapefruit element building; dry finish with the fruit lingering
Mouthfeel: Medium body with lively carbonation
Overall: A delight to drink - light and refreshing with enough flavor to maintain my interest
Thanks, xKURTx, for the opportunity

Nice crisp IPA, easy to drink and refreshing. Pours a light golden color with some fluffy white head and spotty lingering lacing. Smells of some grapefruit, lemon, orange and pineapple citrus zest hops as well as some weaker floral hops, malt and bread. Taste follows the nose, nice and crisp and well balanced with the sweeter malt backbone not overpowering the bitter bite at the finish. Smooth, mild, thin mouthfeel and good carbonation. A solid offering.

It looks like they have changed the formula slightly, because the beer I just tried says 5.4% on the label. Also, it's f***ing amazing. 5/5 all day every day.
L: Pale lemon with 1.5 finger head
S: Some herb and citrus, can't name the herb, but it tastes how it smelly (and it smells like a dream in a cloud)
T: Same as smell, ASMR feelings in side of head when I drank it
F: Lightly carbonated, smooth, some extra mouthfeel at the end
O: Perfect...kind of reminds me of A Tiny Beautiful Something by Maine Beer

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a shaker pint glass, there is no "best by" date that I can find.
APPEARANCE: pours a hazy, straw color with less one-finger white head that quickly dissipated until a thin, broken layer of small bubbles remained, there is light lacing on the glass, medium carbonation.
SMELL: bread, mango, citrus.
TASTE: the taste follows the nose, initially sweet orange citrus and bread then some pine.
PALATE: medium body and carbonation.
OVERALL: this is a very good beer and the ABV 5.4% means I can have more than one, I enjoyed this and would have it again no problem, I would recommend to anyone who enjoys the style.

Pours an opaque orange with a finger of white foam. Head retention is okay with good lacing left behind. Aroma is orange, papaya, and mango, with a light bready, biscuity malt base. Flavor profile is tropical and domestic citrus notes, with bready, biscuity malts. Hops hit notes of orange, papaya, and mango, giving it a semi-sweet taste. Mouth feel is slightly grainy, with a medium thickness. Overall, a citrus forward IPA, but without being in the face. It makes for a nice, flavorful sipping or beach beer.
Served in a 12oz snifter from a 12oz bottle.
