Served from a growler counter-pressure filled the day prior into Sam pint glass.

A: Dark caramel with a thin head that built slowly and dissipated quickly.

S: Sweet roasted malt and a lightly floral hop background.

T: Roasted malt and a light bitterness.

M: Thin body with low carbonation.

O: An exceptionally well-balanced and easy-drinking brew. It has enough complexity in the flavor profile to keep someone sipping and pondering, yet balanced enough to make for a great session.

Heavy hued orange appearance coupled with a slight aroma of rose tips. Mild malt tick in the initial flavor accompanied by a solid hop presence. Overall I strongly suggest trying this beer as an improvement to most session IPA's.

Can stamped 08/18/2016

Pours a clear golden orange with a small, dense head that drops to a thick nitro-like layer. Smells hoppy, but there's a berry/grape-like element that is interesting. Oily, floral, peachy. Flavor is passion fruit, pine, berries, and flowers with a very nice nutty grain finish. Light bodied with soft carbonation and dry. Moderate grassy bitterness. This one started growing on me after the first can - definitely the best batch I've tasted as I'm usually not too impressed with Trophy Wife. Good pale ale.

12 FLUID OZ. can
Served in a becker glass

This beer pours amber in color with a slight haze and burnt orange highlights. It is topped with two inches of beige head that leaves little lacing.

It has a nice citrus aroma with hints of biscuit.

The taste is light citrus and tropical fruit with a pine finish. As with most session IPAs, it does have a watered down taste.

Thin mouthfeel

It is pretty good for a session IPA. I still much prefer a full flavored IPA or DIPA. I don't feel the need to drink a watered down version of a style all day long. Even though I am not a fan of session IPAs, this one is done as well as they can be done.

Phenomenal. This is a top 10 APA for me. There's a lot of APA's with great aroma. This has singularly terrific flavor. A bit murky and unspectacular in look, but who cares. For a session APA, it has great body and flavor. My favorite session APA by far.

Very clear and gold/orange beer with a white head that leaves random spots of lacing. It has a floral, caramel and fruity aroma with some sweetness. The taste is amazingly sweet for a session beer with citrus and floral notes. There is a nice mildly bitter finish that balances it all out. This is a quite tasty session IPA.
