Pours a pale golden color with a huge, white head.
Smells of dried grass, wet hay and a subtle yeast spiciness among white bread dough.
Very well balanced, soft on the palate with an effervescent, refreshing finish.
Tastes of bread rind, a note of caramel, grainy wheat and a whiff of grass. Develops a lemon accompanied noble hoppiness with more grass and cooling, herbal touch. Finishes clean and aqueous, with a prevailing, light hop impact.
Crisp and light, with enough hops to make this stand out very pleasantly. The hops are completely old world style, very herbal and way calmer than their US cousins, allowing the beer to unfold a very well nuanced, mellow and more quiet flavor profile.

Tasty and well done. A lot of hops, a little sour – as all of the Pinkus beers. Drink this one as cold as you can!
