Pours a cloudy copper color. 2/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of caramel malt, biscuit, sweet malt, hint of roasted malt, hint of hop, and yeast. Fits the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of yeast, sweet malt, caramel malt, biscuit, hint of pale malt, and a hint of hop. Overall, good appearance, and aroma, but lacking any spice notes in the aroma or body.

L-poured from 12 oz. bottle into chalice. Beautiful, deep amber color. Crystal clear. A finger or so of fine suds that lingers a while.
S-this surprised me as I got mostly the malts which much lean Belgian. Dark fruits but some floral notes as well. There's something oddly reminiscent of cigars. Roasty overall and pretty pleasant. Let's add hay to this as well.
T-some more of the malt and fruity, raisiny flavors here but super dry. Almost grapey at times.
F-this feels spot on as well. A nice mouthfeel but it seems pretty well attenuated. It's a nice, dry beer that clears out fairly quickly without feeling thin.
O-I really enjoyed this one more than I figured I would. I think, truthfully, I was expecting an American Pale with Belgian yeast. This is not that. I'd buy again.

Aroma is malts and bread all around. The flavor is fruit, slightly spicy Belgian yeast, malts/bread and a mix of mild sweetness and tart in the finish.

Nice golden color
Smelled of malt and bread
Tasted like a Belgian
Mouth feel was so so, could be a bit thicker
Again, glad I tried it at a tasting, but would leave it at that.

A: A small finger of cream colored head with mixed sized bubbles filled the english pint glass. Head retention is moderate, as it fell it left a layer of lacing of the full finger on the edge. The beer is a hazy (bottle conditioned?) amber to light brown color. Classic cathedral lacing as the beer is consumed.
S: Mild bread crust and biscuit with generic stone fruit and brett character - funky hay and barn yard sweat. there is a slight lactic twang that reminds me of dirty dish water also. mild clovey phenols.
T: Mild bitterness seems dulled by the sweet malts - like it isn’t fully attenuated. sweet dark raisin flavor with dark bread crust. worty. light brett funk character that seems out of place and very little of the belgian yeast flavors. Balance is on the side of the malts.
M: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation. round finish that leaves a sticky sweetness on the tongue.
O: I think this beer might have had a light brettanomyces infection going on. Reading the label I was supposed to be a hybrid american hops and belgian yeast but it came off more like a sweet irish red with funk. I had to dump this one - couldn’t make it very far with the sweetness and brett flaws I picked up
