Formerly Bitch B Crazy
This sweet, roasty beast of a RIS is brewed with cocao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla. To this we added a TON of Rye Malt, giving it some very beautiful spicy notes.
Barrel Aged in Buffalo Trade Barrels for 1 year.

From can to tulip.
Can courtesy of .....
Big notes of cinnamon, gingerbread, and cocoa.
This was a surprise, wasn’t expecting Christmas in August.
Big brew, minimal booze.

Cans for a BA Stout! Great to have it in a drinkable format. Nice round out of all the flavors - some barrel (could use a bit more though IMO), cinnamon there but not overpowering, and nice chocolate and vanilla to round it out.

2016 bottle poured into a snifter. Deep black. Thick feel. I like the barrel presence. Super low carbonation which I enjoy. Glad I got to try this.

Smells of french toast with a little spicy and boozy kick on the finish with the cinnamon and vanilla. Taste is more malty, but still lets the rye, bourbon, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, and chocolate shine. Down the glass the intensity does start to wear on the palate a little. Little heavy on the finish, pulling the dry pastry feel down with it a little, but I'm nitpicking.

Unfortunately regular bitches bank was better. The BA lost its great cinnamon flavor.
