Gose brewed with corriander and sea salt with peach added. Poured from a can into a Sweetwater tulip. Pours pale gold, clear, and sports about a finger of fine white head that dissipates immediately due to the acidity. The nose has aromas of vinegar, apples, and white wine.
Medium-light body with a delicate feel. Tart and fruity throughout with slight hints of wheat crackers up front. No sweetness to speak of, but the tartness is not overdone and is very pleasant (not truly "sour"). There aren't any objectionable flavors that come with the tartness either - it's fruity and not spoiled or funky. Very refreshing beer.

Showing that craft beer aficionados don't have to get all sour over fruit beer, the Sour Note Brewing team embraces the tang while celebrating the classic American orchard fruit, peach. Piled onto a traditional German styled sour wheat ale, the fruit sees new life.
Pouring a slight foggy goldenrod, the spritzy ale rises and falls with a quick, loose froth. Racy aromatics fill the nose with citrus, cider, white wine, tart peach and a cast of light leathery must. Gentle sweetness layers on the tongue with a wafer thin maltiness that's suggestive of sourdough, saltwater taffy and hard candy.
Sweetness fades nearly as quick as its froth while the sourness begins to build upon the middle palate. Peach flavors float gently above the natural fruitiness of lime, lemon, white grape, green apple, gooseberry and kiwi. Melon-lie flavors come along a juicy but acidic path with distinct sour, dry, Mountain Dew-esque taste to round out the late palate.
The softness of perfumy coriander and the rounded flavor from sea salt keeps the ale tasting and feeling full yet bright while the unique acidity of peach bring a slight stone fruit character to the finish. Clean acids wash the thirst with ease as a quick after taste of peach and burlap highlight the beer's brightness and brininess all at once.

Appearance - The beer was straw yellow in color with a bright white head.
Smell - The knows had notes of songs, but I didn't really did take the fruit.
Taste - The peach is not over-the-top. It reminds me of peach tea. There's a slight salt presence. Over ripened fruit in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation is appropriate.
Overall - it is not my favorite 18th St., Gose, but it is very drinkable
